Newly Renovated FULL TIME! Broad Ripple Bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a built in sauna.

House is ready for short and long term furnished rentals as a fully utilized vacation home.

We are interested in rentals of all types of stays. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in renting for long term and we'll work to accommodate.

Great Location!

We enjoyed the easy access to both downtown Indy and Broad Ripple. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a nice walking distance to bars and restaurants. The home was comfortable and the kids loved the space shower!

In town for a family reunion, this house was accessible (except for the shower) for an aunt with limited mobility. Family members that we only see a couple times each year were able to spend an evening with us playing cards. Great little house, nicely renovated, that met our needs perfectly!

Perfect for first time visitors!

2 adults (no children) 5 nights. Never been to Indy, and this was perfect for us -- close enough to downtown and even closer to the Broad Ripple restaurant district. Just a short block from the Monon Trail, great for walking and cycling. We felt safe walking both the Trail and the Broad Ripple historic district. Hosts were great and helpful. They have their home nearby -- which is a plus. House is nicely updated with an excellent kitchen. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable -- one with a very soft foam mattress that I preferred. Updated full-bath with shower/sauna (instructions would be helpful) and half bath are clean and well-stocked. Nice having a driveway for parking our car. We had a worry-free, restful stay. We're looking forward to visiting Indy again!
