Sea Colony East vacation rentals

We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for several years and some units are certainly better than others. This unit was so far our favorite! It was the cleanest we have ever found our unit. The place is renovated so nicely! There is a big ice maker in the freezer so we could keep our water bottles cool. The water is safe to drink and tastes good; so no need to buy water. There is a Keurig with many coffee options and a toaster in the kitchen. The three bedroom set up was perfect for our family and both bathrooms were very nice. The beds were comfy. The furniture on the balcony was very nice. It was fantastic that we could do a load of laundry and all five of us could take sequential showers without running out of hot water. The air conditioning also does well keeping the place cool. Running out of hot water and inadequate AC has been an issue in previous years, but not in this place. We look forward to hopefully staying in this unit again if it is available and the price stays reasonable.

My sister and I took two aunts and our mother (ranging in age from 81 to 91 to Bethany to see their cousin potentially for the last time. They had spent many years vacationing in Bethany and wanted to experience a walk down memory lane. The condo was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the beach. It was clean, well designed and beautifully decorated. We had an absolutely perfect time!

Once again we had a lovely stay! The condo had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. The location to the beach is perfect and we loved watching the sunrise in the morning. We cannot wait to come back next year!

This was our family's first time staying at Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. We loved out stay and are looking forward to coming back every year! Condo was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the beach. We loved hearing the ocean waves each night from the master bedroom. I joined a few FB groups and saw some concerns through other rental companies and we didn't have any issues that others reported (mainly cleanliness). Condo was clean! Owners are very responsive. The cleaning crew accidentally locked the door and we received immediate help on how to get in. The linen services company sent the wrong fitted sheet for the master bed and the owners were available and quickly fixed the problem. They followed up and made sure our stay was perfect!

My family celebrated an early Christmas in this gorgeous condo! The unit was super clean, everything you could think of was available in the kitchen and the beds and living room were super comfy, making it the perfect fit for an extended family getaway. The enormous windows showcase the beauty of the beach and make it a fantastic place to spend a winter weekend!
