This beachfront condo provides views of both the beach and ocean. Crack your windows at night and listen to the soft smoothing sounds of the ocean just across the dunes. The condo has direct access to 1 of the 12 outside pools and is only 100 feet to the beach access point, it is not only one of the most convenient residences in the Sea Colony Complex, it has been recently renovated (2015-16) and very nicely
appointed. The condo is three bedrooms and two complete baths. Wood look high grade vinyl flooring in the main living area, new carpets in the bedrooms. Each bath has been renovated with new vanities, tile flooring and completely tiled showers. The kitchen has been totally redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, and new high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is full stocked with new counter appliances, new dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen has been reconfigured to give you more counter space and the sink has been moved and breakfast bar expanded to be more convenient and allow interaction while preparing meals or snacks with the rest of your family in the main living space. The master has a king bed, the 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has a bunk with a full bed on the bottom a twin on top and twin trundle underneath so all the children can have a sleep over if you desire. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, there is a large flat screen in the living room and WiFi internet throughout. Step out the front sliding glass doors to wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The balcony seats 2 to 4 on bar height chairs and table. Walk off the balcony directly onto the promenade and into one of the pools, or only a few feet more to the beach access point which makes going to and from the beach extremely easy due to this condo's close proximity. Our building, Farragut House is next door to the center building of the complex (Edgewater House). Walk on the promenade next door to the Edgewater and enjoy one of the indoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna, exercise/weight room, lockers and showers. Also, if front of the Edgewater on the promenade is where you will find the complexes summer season activities and celebrations to include music, snack bar and a small store. The promenade connects the entire beachfront complex for easy access to all the buildings and beachfront pools. During the summer season Sea Colony provides a trolley car system in order to access the tennis complex, outside tennis courts, another large indoor pool and fitness complex complete with indoor gym. The condo comes with one designated parking space and two weekly parking passes for parking in the main lot. All Sea Colony guests are required to purchase weekly recreational passes which gives you access to all the amenities Sea Colony has to offer. There are beach stands that provide chair and umbrella rentals either daily or weekly for your convenience. Please see the website for pricing.
