Agréable séjour dans un appart top avec vue sur la mer

Logement spacieux, propre et moderne. Le plus est la terrasse côté mer. La place de parking est un plus également. Très bonne situation pour découvrir la Corse du Sud. Nous reviendrons très certainement car encore pleins de choses à découvrir. Merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Très propre, très bien situé, très bien insonorisé, garage appréciable. Mr Guedj est très accueillant. Le store extérieur à venir sera un plus pour profiter au maximum de la terrasse le soir. Petit bémol sur la vue (au premier plan, terrain vague occupé de manière pas très agréable)

L'appartement est celui que l'on souhaiterait toujours trouver lors d'une location. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé, lumineux et surtout climatisé, bien appréciable lorsque le thermomètre affiche 38°. Le parking en sous-sol est un plus. Je serai moins dithyrambique concernant la vue, qui si elle est magnifique lorsque l'on se tient debout sur le balcon et avec des couchers de soleil sublimes, l'est moins lorsque l'on déjeune assis sur la terrasse.

Très bonnes relations avec le propriétaire pour gérer un soucis de climatisation. Solution de dépannage vite résolu Malgré quelques soucis nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement neuf et très bien situé. L’appartement très bien situé et de grand standing (confortable et très bien équipé) nous a permis de profiter d’un séjour qui nous donne simplement l’envie de revenir. Nous avons pu nous rendre à Sartène, Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio, Ajaccio, aux aiguilles de barella et profiter des magnifiques plages et calanques....... La corse n’usurpe pas son qualificatif d’ile de beauté. La proximitė du centre ville de la plage, une vue magnifique du balcon et une place de parking en sous sol ont contribué à rendre nos vacances inoubliables Nous avons par ailleurs apprécier la disponibilité et l’obligeance de Monsieur Guedj, le propriétaire

L' appartement est très beau, confortable et très bien équipé. L' environnement est calme. La vue de la terrasse et de la chambre est magnifique. Il est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces et du port. La place de parking en garage sous terrain est très appréciable. L' emplacement est idéal pour découvrir de nombreux sites touristiques et profiter des superbes plages de sable fin du sud de la Corse. La Corse est vraiment magnifique. C' était notre premier séjour et certainement pas le dernier. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement. Merci

Notre séjour à Propriano dans l'appartement de Mr Guedj a été très agréable . La location est en tout point conforme à la description . L'appartement est fonctionnel , bien équipé, propre et clair ... Terrasse et vue agréable ! La situation dans la commune est parfaite , autant pour prendre la voiture et visiter la région que pour aller dans le centre ville où les plages a pieds ! En plus l'accueil par Giovanni et Cécile est sympathique et efficace et ils sont de bons conseils . Que des éléments positifs ! Impossible de ne pas revenir ! Evelyne et Jean Paul

L'appartement est très spacieux et la terrasse un plus indéniable pour les couchers de soleil tous les soirs. Bien équipé et confortable, à deux pas du centre ville mais tout en étant au calme, à recommander. Très bon contact préalable avec M. Guedj. Petit détail à prévoir pour être au top : équiper la salle de bain d'un sèche-cheveux (ce n'est qu'un détail qui n'enlève rien à la prestation globale de très bonne qualité).

Nous avons passés d excellentes vacances, première fois en Corse, dans un Appartement tres bien situé, face à une grande plage eau turquoise, appartement grand standing conforme à l annonce et ca c est important! , pas de mauvaises surprises au contraire, tres bien amenagé ( manque eventuellement une poubelle dans salle de bain ) vue magnifique sur mer et le soir on a apprecié les couchers de soleil! Le propriétaire ainsi que les personnes sur place nous ont donné de bons conseils, les lieux, les plages a voir ... encore un point positif vivement l année prochaine car nous pensons reellement revenir si dieu le veut 😄 Je recommande vivement cet appartement dans lequel je vivrais bien toute l année! Allez y les yeux fermés que du bonheur

Un très bon plan en Corse

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans l'appartement de Monsieur Guedj. L'immeuble est de haut standing et neuf. Les vues mer du salon et de la chambre sont magnifiques. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et la salle de bains est spacieuse. Monsieur Guedj est très réactif dans les échanges mail et le l'accueil local est également parfait. L'appartement est très propre. Une très bonne adresse pour rayonner dans le sud de la corse mais aussi vers Ajaccio!
