Hello and Welcome to Petit Hautacam. It is located in Argelès-Gazost, in the heart of the three most beautiful valleys of Pyrenees, Cauterets, Cauterets, Val d'Azun, Pays toy (Luz-Saint-Sauveur, and Tourmalet. It is close to Pic du midi and at the foot of the ski resorts and 15 min away from Cauterets and Luz-Saint-Sauveur. It is a few steps away from the Pyrenees National Park. This 3-star rated house is new. It has a 100-sq.m living space located in quiet area. It offers all the comforts, a south-facing terrace with mountain views, electric awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, a sofa, refrigerator, a barbecue, a 300-sq.m lawn with table football, and a 20-sq.m garage with table football, 2 bikes, and a game room. On the ground floor, there is a large living area, a stove, a living room with sofas for 6-7 people, a HD television, Wi-Fi access, and Orange TV with more than 15 channels. You will also find an equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, cellar, washing machine, and toilet. You will also find a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (for eight people) with TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double bowl sinks, bathtub, and a separate toilet. You will have everything you need, thermal baths; a thermal spa 400 m away, shops, casino, a cinema 300 m away, a hypermarket 200m away, the local market, animal park, a tennis courts 800 m away. 300 m away you will have a green corridor, cycle paths safe and reserved for pedestrian ones, cycling and rolling lovers with more than 8 km of runs 1km away, you can access the lake of Gaves with mountain biking and hiking trails. Maison assez recente, tout le confort. Toutefois, nous avons déploré un vis a vis trop proche à chaque fenêtre de la maison (residence pavillonnaire).

Je ne suis pas tout à fait d'accord sur l'appréciation sur le vis à vis, la face sud qui a les ouvertures principales ouvre sur un jardin large arboré et clôturé, avec un voisinage situé à plus de 15m, la façade Ouest a une seule ouverture au rdc qui ouvre sur le parking et la rue , avec voisin à 15 m, à l'étage les ouvertures donnent toutes sur la vue sur les montagnes. Regrettable d'avoir cet avis car nos avis concernant sur nos locataires sont toujours fait avec beaucoup trop de retenue, surtout concernant l'état dans lequel nous retrouvons la maison.

Mr Sauthier a été présent et réactif à nos demandes. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, il aurait toutefois besoin d un nettoyage plus poussé. La location est située dans un lotissement très calme mais entourée de maisons donc plus la même vue. Pour la chambre chalet, il faut passer par l extérieur pour y aller. réponse à l'appréciation La baie vitrée fonctionnait correctement avant l'arrivée des clients pour l'avoir utiliser le matin, en fait quand je leur au rendu visite il m'a indiqué que la poignée se détachait du cadre , nous avons fermé la baie coulissante et je leur ai dit d'utiliser l'autre coté de la baie pas de problème sur ce point . cela a fait l'objet de l'intervention du fournisseur 15 jours plus tard car c'était en garantie? en fait il s'agissait juste d'un serrage de vis . Concernant la fuite du pommeau de douche cela m'a été indiqué le jour du départ, il a été remplacé , je note qu'il y avait la couchette à cette douche et il y a une deuxième salle de bain qui fonctionnait correctement, Concernant le mobilier de jardin ,je ne comprend pas trop, il n'est pas du tout en mauvais état nous avons 1 table avec 10 chaises deux fauteuils, 3 transats et un barbecue en bon état de fonctionnement .

Geweldig huis in fantastische omgeving

We verbleven hier een week met 8 fietsvrienden. Het was een super tijd. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader voor een fantastisch verblijf met vrienden om de omgeving te verkennen, wat wij op de wielrenner hebben gedaan. Houdt er rekening mee dat de eigenaar Frans spreekt wat de communicatie wat lastig maakt.

Belle et spacieuse maison de vacances

Belle maison de vacances et bien équipée, pas de souci. On a été très bien accueilli, et avons passé un très bon déjour. L'environnement de la maison est correct (nouveau quartier pavillonnaire calme car dans une impasse), même si le jardin donne directement sur le parking du cabinet vétérinaire d'à côté, donc on n'en a pas trop profité

Pour répondre à cette appréciation, nous sommes désolé pour le vis à vis coté jardin , cela provient du fait du changement de clôture qui nous avons fait avant ce séjour et qui n'était pas encore terminé car nous attendions auprès de notre fournisseur les occultants pour la finition de notre nouvelle clôture. Nous avons mis après ce séjour un filet de protection sur les clôtures dans l'attente des occultants définitifs. Bien cordialement Etienne

It is at the foot of the green and 200 m away from hiking paths, close to the Pyrenees National Park and it sites of interest, Pic du Midi, Gavarnie, and Pont d'Espagne.
