Old barn renovated on a meadow of two hectares near a stream and 400 m from the hamlet of St Lizier d Ustou. Large living room with a large fireplace and kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom on the floor with mezzanine. In the heart of Haut Couserant, a few kilometers from Spain by the footpaths, the site offers a multitude of tracks and trails for all levels of hikers but also for family walks. In St lizier-d'Ustou you can find the grocery store and enjoy the pool.
La Bergerie is located 30 minutes from St Girons and 15 minutes from the winter resort Guzet-snow where activities are also organized in summer. In the nearby valley Aulus les Bains is a small famous spa town (20 minutes)

Vacances relax

Superbes vacances à Ustou, gîte au calme avec le ruisseau à 100m idéal pour les baignades ! Commerces a moins de 10min a pieds, parfait pour les croissants du matin ! Hôtes très sympathiques. Manque juste un peu d’équipement d’extérieur de type chaises de jardin... Tout ce qu’il faut comme jeux de société et jeux pour les enfants. Super séjour!

Calme, fraîcheur et superbe vue ! Séjour parfait !

Excellent séjour passé dans cette ancienne bergerie, très bien rénovée et bien équipée. Au delà de la maison, le grand terrain et la proximité du torrent ont également été très appréciés (y compris par nos bébés à 4 pattes ) ! On est dérangé par personne et on ne derange personne ! Beaucoup d'activités et de randonnées sont aussi disponibles à proximité. On reviendra très certainement !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la bergerie de Dominique. C'est un lieu atypique : bergerie qui a conservé son charme d'antan tout en étant moderne. Elle semble perdue dans son pré, mais en fait elle est proche du village et du GR. Nous vous conseillons cette location.

La bergerie est située dans une très jolie vallée à proximité immediate de Guzet Neige ( 15mn) en voiture. Très pratique pour faire du ski. L'accès en voiture à la bergerie peut être compliqué selon la météo. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment la pièce à vivre et la cuisine avec tout le charme de l'ancien. Nombreux jeux pour les enfants et les adultes.Par contre il ne faut pas craindre le froid au petit matin car la maison est essentiellement chauffée au bois: cheminée + poêle, qu'il faut alimenter régulièrement et rallumer chaque matin. Le coin nuit est agréable. Par contre la literie mériterait d'être changée notamment les lits sur la mezzanine dont mes beaux-parents se souviennent encore... Un lit double dans une des chambres ne mesure que 120 x 180 cm (lit bateau) donc adapté à des enfants ou de petits adultes uniquement! Mr Dehu est très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute.
