Charming fully furnished short term rental. This home-away-from home domicile located on the skirts of the towering San Salvador volcano sits in one of the most desirable neighborhoods and is the perfect oasis from which to venture out into the streets of San Salvador and beyond; a great place to explore the country or just kick back.

The spacious living areas (indoor and outdoor), three and a half baths and four tastefully furnished bedrooms (a large bedroom with cal-king bed, one bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds upstairs; a fourth bedroom with a single bed is located downstairs) can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

In addition, there is a large dining room adjacent to a modern and well-equipped kitchen; a lovely patio for outdoor lounging completes the picture. THIS IS AN IDEAL HOME FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES, OR SMALL TRAVEL GROUPS.

This modern, secure and elegant home also offers easy access to pharmacies, hospitals, banking, supermarkets, movie theaters, a great variety of restaurants, modern shopping malls, local craft shops, hotels, and schools. Maid service is optional; once a week or every single day. A house manager is only a call away. San Salvador, the capital of the country, is located 45 minutes from El Salvador International Airport; transportation can be arranged.

Excelente ubicación, la propiedad es grande y cómoda, sin embargo necesita mantenimiento los muebles especialmente en las recámaras y los sofás de la sala y el patio de atrás en el área de barbecue

Beautiful House in GREAT location! Highly Recommended!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable (fresh air, cool, etc.)! It is located in a safe and convenient location close to malls like MultiPlaza, La Gran Via, and Galerias. Super Selectos and la Despensa are each less than 5 minutes away which makes it super convenient for grocery shopping. The property manager is always available in case you need any assistance and the house is cleaned regularly. I cannot recommend this location enough. I will definitely look at staying here the next time I visit this beautiful country.

Will be back!

My family & I (8) stayed here for one week. The house was comfortable & beautifully decorated. The garden/outdoor patio area is GORGEOUS! You will not regret staying here. We had all the comforts of home & we did not want to leave. TV's, internet, washer & dryer, radio, kitchen... It's perfectly situated in the city, in a nice neighborhood. I felt completely safe.Also, the Lido's down the street is yummy! Awww I want to go back now!

COZY STAY IN EL SALVADOR, VERY SAFE.

We just got back from a favulous vacation in El Salvador Central America, and stayed in this house. The pictures do not tell the beauty and quaintnes inside. As soon as the gate closes, you are in a paradise full of flowers and tropical plants. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very, very, comfortable. The grocery store is just blocks away, 3 major malls are only about 15 min. away. It is very centrally located and you can avoid a lot of traffic mess to get back to the airport, yet be in the heart of the city, if you wish. We used the service of a very nice lady who comes to clean the house for the owner and we asked her to cook for us as well as wash and iron our clothes ( and there were 6 of us) WE will definately go back there this coming year 2012, maybe even twice now that we have found this jewel ! ...we felt very safe.
