  • Family Adventure of a Lifetime

"Our family went to Costa Rica looking for adventure--and we found it--with a little help from our new friend, Elias! Casa Ostional is a retreat and truly exemplifies Pura Vida--pure living! No matter what you would want to do from adventures like zip lining, ATV, sunsets, beach/surfing--Elias knows the best places to take you and makes sure you are taken care of. The food is amazing and we felt welcome everywhere we went. Casa Ostional is stunning and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend time as a family. I would recommend this vacation to absolutely anyone and give it the highest rating!"

  • Nice place a bit outside of the town

"We booked this condo of the recommendation of a friend/coworker that stayed here previously. It was truly more than we needed, as there was only two of us, but the extra space a quietness was appreciated. The location is nice but if you don't have a car you'll need to take a taxi for most places or walk about 1-2 miles for restaurants/stores in town. Although the pizza place down the street was nice and staff very helpful. The condo itself was nice and well appointed for the most part, but many of the lights were burned so lighting at night wasn't the best. It is well stocked with kitchen items except it would be nice to have a few more basic supplies available for cooking (mainly spices, oil etc) so you don't have to supply the entire cabinet on your week trip. Also there was little to now, soap or toilet paper when we arrived, so a little better stocking by the management staff would be helpful. I would definitely recommend chef Frank of to come cook you a meal or two. That was definitely a highlight of the stay! Also be careful if you book in Sept/Oct as this is the slow season and many places/activities are closed or have limited hours."

  • Incredible First Time at Casa Celestial

"This was our first time visiting Costa Rica. We visited from April 13th to the 23rd. We were lucky enough to have picked this property for our first stay. We rented an SUV 4x4 for the trip which was definitely needed for climbing up the mountain to arrive at the property. It can also come in handy for picking up things from the store/town. From the moment of arrival we were in complete awe of how gorgeous the view was from the house. The property is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms on two levels. There was a TV room upstairs with a nice LCD TV if you wanted to get cozy and watch a movie. We, however, only used it one night as we were either out to dinner or lounging in the pool. The infinity pool was definitely the place that we spent most of our time as the temperatures can get quite hot and it's a great escape from the heat. The property also comes with a perfectly equipped kitchen wiht marble counter tops and modern stainless appliances. We went to large grocery store approximately 30 mins away by car to get most of our food. Every night we cooked up a feast! Outside we also have a charcoal grill, which was fantastic for dinner barbecues. We bought some local tiger shrimps and cooked up a feast! Outside we have a gorgeous Palapa, so if you want to have a nice dinner/breakfast with the fam, you can cook up your food and head up to eat in style with a gorgeous view. Going into a air bnb can be quite scary only knowing what the space looks like from photos. I can assure you that this property totally exceeded what we saw in photos. Were already trying to plan another adventure out to this fantastic spot. Highly recommended to anyone who has never been or just want to try a new spot. If you have any questions, feel free to PM!"

  • Beautiful and well maintained!

"We had a family of 7 stay at Casablanca on June 11-18, 2016. The property grounds were lovely and very clean. It was comforting to have a security guard on the grounds. Upon entering the villa it was quite impressive, with beautiful amenities and fully equipped! Although we did not have a view of the beach, it was right across the street! The iguanas, crabs, howler monkeys, and birds on and around the property was an added delight! Walking to town was a daily short venture with cute little shops and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying at this villa. Also the property management group was very helpful. Thank you, Syd and Lynn!"
