Old house, very close to the water, completely renovated with taste, in the immediate vicinity of the village of Larmor Baden and its shops: bakery, grocery store, market, pharmacy, newsagent

This stone house is located 50 meters from the cove of Port Lagaden and its small family beach.

Very bright, it has 2 bedrooms upstairs including a bedroom on the mezzanine (+ 1 extra bed for children in the living room), a living room / fitted kitchen of 35m2, a small courtyard on the street and a beautiful terrace with view on sea and harbor and overlooking a shared garden.

Baby equipment available on request (bed, high chair, small bath, games / beach toys ..)

The little extras: Wifi, barbecue, board games, garden furniture, plasma screen TV + TNT + DVD player, public parking nearby.

Lovely house with pretty garden to relax in. Near the seafront and village shop and bakery. We enjoyed walking along the coast and also visiting nice riverside towns like Auray and Vannes. The house is attractively furnished and we enjoyed our holiday.

By the sea

Lovely quiet 2 week stay in this very pretty bright house by the water. Very comfortable bed. Good for safe swimming and kayaking 2 hours either side of the high tide. Bakery, excellent grocer and a Sunday market all in the village. Good coast path walks. Brigitte is a charming host, there to help if needed. Enjoyed meals in the garden looking out to sea

Schönes Häuschen am Wasser gelegen

Der Aufenthalt war super die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Von der Terrasse tolle Sicht auf die Bucht. Kleines Dorf mit Dorfladen, Wochenmarkt und kleiner Kneipe. Austern gibts in de4 ganzen Bucht zu essen, rundherum Rad- und Wanderwege. Sehr erholsam

Petit coin de paradis idyllique et calme

Belle petite maison avec bcp de charme. Salon et séjour bien lumineux et décorés avec beaucoup de goût. Cuisine parfaitement bien équipée. Terrasse et jardin avec une belle vue sur le petit port. Bien situé à quelques mètres du Gr et sentier côtier. La propriétaire est très gentille, serviable et discrète. Nous y retournons pour savourer les beaux paysages et le calme absolu. Merci beaucoup !

Super location dans joli village calme , reposant et tres bien situé.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette adorable maison joliment restaurée et décorée . L'emplacement est idéal , vue sur le golfe et très calme . Possibilité de se baigner à 50m à pied et de marcher sur le sentier côtier . Un vrai bonheur !

Une semaine inoubliable dans cette charmante petite maison, dotée de tout le confort, avec une terrasse donnant sur un jardin magnifique, avec vue sur mer. Ça pourrait être un bijou...

Cette maison est ravissante, exceptionnellement située sur le petit port de Lagaden. Le potentiel est là pour que ce soit un logement exceptionnel. Le vrai bémol se situe au niveau de l’hygiène. Il a fallut nettoyer à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur, les tiroirs à couverts, les placards, les poignées et entourages de portes... La moquette de l’étage mériterait d’être changée, le canapé et les fauteuils sont tachés... Ce ne sont pas de bons signaux à l’heure où nous sommes en pleine pandémie!... Wifi non opérationnel et tv en fin de vie. Tous ses points peuvent être facilement corrigés pour que le séjour soit fabuleux.

Madame, J’ai pris bonne note de vos remarques suite à votre séjour chez moi, et je n’ai pas manqué d’en faire part à la personne qui s’occupe du ménage. Il peut arriver exceptionnellement qu’elle n’ait pas beaucoup de temps entre chaque changement de locataires.
