Our river front property includes 5 bedrooms, 10 separate beds ( 2 Queens, 5 full, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa ), 3 baths, full kitchen, two separate living areas, game room, a cozy deck over looking the North Platte river and enjoy premium private wade fishing access. Relax as you watch the river go by and enjoy a wide variety of wild life. This cozy home has been completely updated for your comfort. Enjoy super soft sheets, satellite TV and free WIFI. The owners of this property are also the owners of the premier fly fishing guide service on the N. Platte river.

Very nice cozy big house. Comfortable beds, great appliances, large living rooms, pool table was a big plus. Right on the river, enjoyed drinking coffee every morning looking at the river. Nice secluded location with a large parking area. Definitely planning on staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at “Life is Better on the River.” The home had everything that we needed for our stay. The deck was a lovely place for morning coffee and our afternoon lunch. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect in every detail, thanks so much Liz. Six guys, one of the best we've ever stayed in for our annual fishing trip, and this was our 27th year. Easy breezy great open design, high deck overlooks the river, lots of fresh air and smiles all around. We left a few empty ice cream cartons behind and took off with full tummies and great memories. .

Great place to relax and recharge

We loved our stay! My husband was able to fish in the river and our toddler played monster trucks on the deck while I had coffee. Would definitely be back! Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking!
