Wonderful condo! Host was very attentive from booking through the end of our stay. Nice kitchen. Large bathrooms - the 2nd bathroom joins the 2 bedrooms. We didnt use the pool as we park hopped everyday. 4 minutes from Epic!Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property! Clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. A/C works very well which is very important in the FL heat! Cathy is an excellent host! Will definitely add this as a place to stay when visiting Orlando. 5 minutes to Epic Universe, 10-15 to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. There is a Publix right in front of the complex and plenty of restaurants nearby. We didn't ge chance to use the pool but looked very nice as well.

Another great stay at this beautiful unit! Cathy is very responsive from the time of booking, before arriving, and throughout our stay. The unit is pristine, comfortable, quiet and has all the essentials you need. The unit is close to Publix and other shops/restaurants just outside of Vista Cay which is super convenient. Great stay and highly recommend!

I have stayed in the K resort several times and this unit was very well maintained and equipped. I love the lakefront path for a morning jog and the proximity of the Publix grocery store and restaurants.

Condo is very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and close to the pool and splash pad. The pool area is very clean and spacious, with lots of lounge chairs and tables. It was never crowded, day or night. There is a Publix and a shopping plaza a short walk right next to the entrance of the resort, with a nice gift shop and several places to eat. The location of the resort is great!! It was very easy entry into both the resort and condo, using the codes provided by the host. We really enjoyed our stay!

A few family members and I (16) stayed here for a quick trip to Orlando. Property is exactly as stated in the listing and Cathy is a great host (very good communication, rules are very clear, check in process was easy, etc). We especially loved that it’s within minutes of the parks.
