Autentica casa coloniale di 450 anni in affitto nel centro di Antigua, in Guatemala, a 4 isolati da Central Park. Ha una vista spettacolare sul vulcano Agua, una piscina, 4 camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato completo, doccia e vasca. Due delle camere hanno soppalchi al secondo piano con scale circolari per più spazio in camera da letto, se necessario. Tutte le camere hanno letti queen size e i soppalchi hanno letti singoli.
Dal secondo patio esterno si può vedere la vista spettacolare delle città che salgono sul vulcano e la vista del vulcano stesso.
La casa ha un tipico giardino interno coloniale intorno alla piscina e una sauna più un posto garage interno per un veicolo; un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo e una nuova cucina moderna sono stati recentemente installati.
Nel prezzo del noleggio è compreso il servizio di pulizia per la cottura dei cibi (i cibi devono essere forniti dal / i locatario / i) e la pulizia giornaliera delle camere. Altri servizi possono essere inclusi ma dovrebbero essere concordati per primi.

This is a gem in Antigua. Not only is the location great for the visit, you’ll find a warm, clean, and thoughtfully laid out house for your stay. There is an onsite staff that greeted us with smiles upon arrival and prepared a delicious breakfast for our group daily. They were incredibly accommodating! Can’t say enough good things about this property… especially Karla, Layla and Romulo!

Had a great time here. The house was picturesque, felt like a private oasis. Very conveniently located, everything you could want was a 5-10 min walk away. The staff were all lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. Great communication from the owner along the way, everything went off without a hitch. So glad we chose this spot!

Antigua getaway

We came to Antigua for a mother/daughter trip. I wanted to be in a house rather than a hotel so we could all hang out together in our down time, the house was perfect for us. The housekeeper made us breakfast everyday and would tidy up. While we were out exploring.Everything was great!

Historical Beauty!,

From the very first moment of our arrival to this beautiful home everything was truly wonderful. My family and I were welcomed with kind smiles from the caretakers to the beauty of flowers and plants surrounding the grounds. The owner has made everything especially beautiful with lovely details in decor and great information to the beautiful monument Antigua is and has to offer. We will definitely visit again.

Serenity in Antigua

Casa Calidad was a magical escape for our group of 12 friends. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us 3 delicious breakfasts with many different ingredients. The grounds were immaculate, and the plants and flowers everywhere were truly beautiful. Every inch of this home receives great care and attention.We loved having many different areas to hang out in. We also really enjoyed using the sauna. It was very easy to walk anywhere in town. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect experience

I could not have asked for a better stay. The home is absolutely beautiful. The photos truly don’t do it justice. There was the perfect amount of space for me and my 13 guests. We booked this property for our wedding party to stay together and get ready for the wedding in Antigua. The location was perfect. The staff was amazing and the food was spectacular. The day of the wedding we left the house keys behind and the staff rushed them over to the venue to make sure we had them! Top tier service. My family is already looking forward to coming back and booking this property again! Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Experience! Will Stay Again.

Our family stayed at Casa Calidad while in Antigua for our daughter's wedding. Our stay was amazing! The home is so unique and filled with decorating details you have to take time to soak in. We loved the outdoor space and spent most of our time by the pool or on the rooftop terrace. Ruth, Andrea and Romalo were very helpful and having breakfast cooked was great. We were able to use Google Translate to communicate. The gardens are beautiful. The location is perfect. We had an added bonus of seeing one of the Lenton Processions go right past the home Sunday evening. It was a site to see! We were so happy with our choice to stay at Casa Calidad.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this magnificent home. It is beautiful, everything is accessible, including the pool and sauna. It is amazing and fun to stay in what feels like an inside/outside home. The people who work there are wonderful and communication with the owner was very easy amd helpful. The second floor sleepign area is really one very large extended area. One area is beautiful with a queen bed... and then there isn't all-that-much privacy (i.e. no door but lots and lots of room and a half-wall) between that area and two other queen beds though there is a lot of space (it would totally work for folks who are friends.... just not lots of couples.). There is a beautiful porch on that level as well. All in all, we were very happy!

Outstanding villa for a family

We have been to Antigua 30 times and stayed in many types of places. This has been my favorite so far. It is beautifully decorated and has a pool surrounded by flowers and plants. The master suite has a beautiful view of the volcano Agua. There are 4 bedrooms, two have lofts with additional beds. The Master suite has two twin beds on the other sider of the room. The kitchen is modern and updated. There is a water purification system so you don't have to buy gallons of water to drag back to the house. There is plenty of outdoor seating around the pool and a nice rooftop patio with volcano views. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I had to ask the staff to stay out of the house during most of the day so that we could take our masks off and relax. Next time I hope to meet the staff. We will definitely be back to this house. It's stunning.

Great house with even better staff

The stay at the house was great. The people that work there are incredibly helpful and cooked great meals. The house itself is well located, clean, and very nice. The only issue we had was that the point on the map is inaccurate and finding the house took hours.

Great location with fantastic staff

The 3 persons that were there every helped us tremendously. Having breakfast made for us daily was amazing. Close walk to Plaza Central. Also we felt very safe there

Beyond beautiful

From the moment you open the door this property is breathtaking. The upper patio had the most beautiful view! The pool is perfect, beds are so comfortable. Staff made the most amazing breakfast. Walk to everywhere. Perfect place to stay.

well located, wonderful guatemola home

had a great experience in wonderful well located home. a few clarifications: -there is one free standing bed room/bath. there are 3 double bed rooms (two with bed room on top floor and bedroom bath on bottom floor) and one second story bed room/bath room with additional beds (2 twin beds) in adjacent room with 1/2 bath, so privacy is a bit different than we were expecting. family members so it was not a big deal for us. -the help was just great!!! Andrea and Ruth were angels. Very good cooks. owner was accomodating when we needed to change the dates by one day and they were responsive to our questions by email. very beautiful home. no a/c. -only challenges were band practicing next door one night until 10 PM and gun shots next door one night which we never figured out who or why. overall we had a wonderful visit and would consider staying here again....

Beautiful home. Photos don't do it justice. Plenty of space for large group.

From the large lounging areas both inside and outdoors to the heated swimming pool Casa Calidad was a comfortable and restful space to relax for the adults in our group while also providing the kids with plenty of space to play both in and out of the water. The grounds keeper (Romulo) and the housekeeper (Andrea) were very friendly and accommodating. Andrea was available each morning to provide us with a delicious traditional Guatemalan breakfast as well as lunch that we enjoyed nearly every day of our stay. (Food costs and charge for meal preparation are ADDITIONAL and worked out directly between Andrea and guests). The kitchen is enormous with all new stainless steel appliances. The location of the home is several blocks north of Central Park area making it an quick walk to most places within Antigua city center. I highly recommend this home to anyone who has a need for 6 beds or would like a larger home with a pool. I visit Guatemala several times a year to see my wife's family and we plan on booking this home again on our next visit.
