This home features 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and 3 patio balconies to take in the warm St. George sun or gather your group in one of 2 spacious living rooms to catch a game or have a movie night. Best part is, you'll be just steps away from the new Paradise Village water park and lazy river for your whole vacation. Enjoy a BBQ on the back patio or relax with a soak in the hot tub. This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.

Four of us stayed in a bunk room and there was only one little square of soap for the sink and shower. And not much soap for the washing machine. The floors could have been cleaner - our socks turned black. The beds were very comfortable.

Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay in this well appointed vacation home. It's location near the water park and the entertainment options in the home were a hit with our kids (5 and 12). The location is nice near a grocery store and many hikes at Snow Canyon. The only negative is that the neighborhood gets congested with giant SUV's parked along the street with the many families staying in this development, but this is just a minor inconvenience. Overall, a clean, fun place to stay in the St. George area.

We loved having you Greg an so happy you loved your experience here in Paradise Village! This is such a great home with every little convenience and the water park right across the street is great. We have overflow parking lots for additional parking to take the load off the congestion during very busy weekends such as when you stayed. Not everyone uses them so it can be a challenge, but usually it's not a problem because cars park in the garage and on the driveway. We appreciated your feedback and the 5-star rating you gave for all categories of your stay. We are glad the kids loved the slides and water fun here. The hikes at Snow Canyon are a must while here, so we are glad you had a chance to enjoy those. And of course the Harmon's grocery store is really becoming a huge part of guests satisfaction, which was an unintended benefit when the village was created. Family Reunion

The location was perfect. The water park was definitely the highlight of our grand children’s stay, since St. George was experiencing heat wave the week we were there. The game room was also a fan favorite. They were 18 in our party and we felt like we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property!

Family Soccer Weekend

The photos of the property were realistic. The house met our expectations and was comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything functioned very well. The only apparent needs were several window blind control rods and the closet doors were off track in one of the bunk rooms.

So comfortable!

I love that this house is called the LAZY HOUSE...I literally did NOT want to leave! Husband loved the old school video games and I loved the quiet cul-de-sac. Every time we visit, we try a new home. This one is my new favorite!

Family Reunion

Lots of space and fun things to do! The kitchen was lacking in food prep and cooking equipment. No large pots and pans. If you're visiting with a large group, there should be pans to cook for a large group. There were places for them to be in the big cupboards! When we arrived, there was a broken railing on a bunk bed that they came and removed quickly. And when we left, we forgot a whole drawer full of clothing that they graciously collected and met up with us to return! I recommend this place highly!

Thanks for staying with us Kenneth. This is an amzing home right next to the water park and has so many things to love. We were never informed that you had any issues with the TVs. We have nothing in our reservation notes or we could have easily fixed it by sending our maintenance man. We never want TVs to ever cause frustration, so just let us know next time. Linens are inspected thoroughly by our quality inspector once housekeeping completes their work and prior to your arrival. We also were not told about this, just learned about it in your review now. We had plenty of room for all our guests. The pool/waterpark across the cul-de-sac was the most used amenity. My kids loved it! One issue that the front door was VERY difficult to open. We had to call for help in the beginning and continued to be VERY difficult to open. I was the only one who finally figured it out. So might want to get that fixed!

Because it offers four master type bedrooms with their own bathrooms it was perfect for the parents! The bunk rooms were fantastic and held 12 kids without being crowded! Even the kids rooms have their own bathroom! I can’t say enough how fantastic it was to have a house with six full bathrooms and 2 half baths! Not to mention everybody loved the air hockey, the video games and the pool/hot tub was fantastic! The house was extremely clean and having over 20 people in the house and not even feeling crowded was just a bonus! We will definitely look at renting again for the next tournament!

Lovely Home in Santa Clara!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 15 staying in this house for the week and the house and location was PERFECT. The kids spent so much time in the "water park" across the way (we never went to the other pool!) and had a great time exploring the area. A couple of things to note: There are no "pantry staples" in the house (coffee filters, sugar were the two main ones I was looking for). There are some spices. I've never been to a vacation place that didn't have left over items from previous guests! Everything was contactless so we never met anyone from the company, but that was all very smooth.We arrived on a Sunday and had to take the 3 overflowing garbage cans from previous guests down to the curb. Not a big deal, just a little off putting. The WIFI was weak, probably because the house is so big! All in all though, we had a FABULOUS time and I would 100% recommend this house to any other big families.

A hot tub was recently installed too, but hadn't been put on maintenance. They got it up and running for us before our stay was over. Didn't really need it anyway, since rental is across the street from the pool complex. Rental was very clean and furniture was comfortable. There were a lot of fun amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed for 5 days in this beautiful home! It was clean and roomy! We were right across the street from the pool area and the kids spent hours there. Many of us took bike rides on the trails around the community, the bikes were provided. Sadly the tandem bike was out of commission but the other bikes worked fine!! The games upstairs kept the adults and kids entertained!! All of our basic supplies were provided, like TP, garbage bags, hand and dish soaps, which was very convenient. Having two family room areas and a huge kitchen/dining room gave us lots of space to have different activities going on at the same time! Same with the 8 bathrooms, no waiting!! We loved it so much we’ve already booked it again for next year!!
