Welcome to our humble abode. We have owned this house since 2008 and love it so much that we want to open it up to you! We are in a safe and beautiful neighborhood tucked away in beautiful Westfield, IN. We are 5 miles from Grand Park, 2 miles from downtown Westfield, 5 miles from downtown Noblesville, 10 miles from Ruoff home mortgage music center and 30 miles from downtown Indy. We are excited to host you and your family or friends. We promise to exceed your expectations!

Also, our home has 2 exterior security cameras. One is on the front porch and the second camera is on the back of the house facing the back porch.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Home away from home

We needed a place for our family to stay in town while visiting our oldest son and his family. This cozy home accommodated exactly what we needed just a few minutes away from his home and in close proximity to grocery stores and shopping. The homeowner, Cara, is very hospitable and pays wonderful attention to providing the necessities for a comfortable stay. She was responsive to our questions and requests and even set up some Christmas decor for us to enjoy during the holiday. Definitely recommend!

Westfield - All the Comforts of Home

Our family was delighted with this home for our visit to the area. We had everything we needed to feel right at home, including a large and comfortable gathering place for the group, with open spaces and high ceilings. The children (3 and 6) were tickled with the boxes of toys available and the kid-sized bean bag chair. The adults appreciated all the available amenities, including the washer/dryer and other well-cared for appliances. The location was convenient for anything and everything in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area. We were grateful for the host's great attention to detail and clear communication. And speaking as both a "senior citizen" and a cautious grandmother, it was lovely to be in a one-story home without stairs to climb or guard from toddlers. Hats off to the gold-medal host.
