Near Vale do Lobo Golf Course, Algarve Tennis Fitness Club, Quinta Shopping (bars, restaurants, shops), nearby eateries and Pingo Doce supermarket, this spacious 4-bedroom villa offers total seclusion with swimming pool, BBQ area and games room. Picture yourself lounging by the 8×4m pool after golf or tennis, firing up the charcoal BBQ for family dinners in the recreation space, or enjoying pool table and table tennis matches with kids in the converted garage. Ideal for families seeking privacy, comfort, and Algarve fun.



Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms two ground floor doubles with en-suites (one with sofa bed), plus two first-floor twins sharing a bathroom all with modern style. An extra ground floor WC ensures more privacy. The large neutral-toned kitchen comes fully equipped, next to a laundry with washer/dryer and outdoor access. The roomy living/dining areas boats 2 sofas, 2 tables, a fireplace, AC, flat-screen TV (English channels) and Wi-Fi throughout.



Guests rave about the outdoor haven 8×4m private pool (shallow by the stairs and progressively deepening to 1.60 metres, heating available April–October with 48h notice/extra cost, weather permitting), well-kept garden with plants, palms and trees, charcoal BBQ, 8 poolside loungers, and games room (pool table, table tennis). Parking space for cars is just in front of the house, accessed via an automatic gate.

Lovely Villa in Perfect Location

We have used Seashells several times to book rental properties, and would highly recommend their trusted service. Knowing that someone is on hand 24/7 should the need arise, is the reason we will continue to re-book their properties. We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa, which was ideally situated, 5 mins from Apolonia and nearby bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes drive too to Vale do Lago and Quinta do Lago. The villa was adequately furnished, and spacious, and the highlight of our stay was the beautiful garden with its comfy sun loungers and shaded seating area. Chilling by the large heated pool in the Algarve sunshine makes you count down the days until you can retire here! Thank you for a great stay.

Falsely Advertised Property

My wife and I have travelled to the Algarve for 36 years, we have always used VRBO and never had a problem, we booked Villa Jasmim as anyone would based on the images back in January 2022 for my wife’s birthday treat , when we got to the property it was nothing like the pictures , it was a white property not yellow, the drive way was damaged, the outside seating was different to the pictures and the cushions were ripped/totally shredded and some of the chairs were broken, the Villa itself was dangerous/unsafe (loose wires/ broken flooring) not clean (bathrooms were disgusting with limescale and unclean taps and showers), smelt musty , there were damage to curtains (totally ripped the whole length), paint spilled on some, it was not the Villa we had seen in the pictures, the swimming pool had cracks all around it (unsafe again), the floor was dirty it was filthy (someone came after our complaint to jet wash so you could see the dirt ), we had to stay one night due to arriving at the Villa late and not having time to change it, we asked the Villa company to find us another Villa they didn’t have one so we spent day 2 of our MAIN holiday this year and our return to portugal after the pandemic trying to find another one not getting to start our holiday. Luckily we did manage to find one but at considerable cost to us for a short notice booking. We moved out of Villa Jasmim letting the management company Algarve holidays/Seashell of our intention, we also wrote a formal letter of complaint (with legal advice) to get a refund for time wasted and false advertisement of the Villa to be met with a threatening email back offering 50% of the value of the property if we didn’t “go legal” and accepted it immediately or they’d stop the offer. We declined and have since raised a dispute claim with our bank and intend to follow that up with legal proceedings if needed. I would definitely not recommend the price of the Villa based on what it looks like now, the same images are being used / provided by Seashell for another known site to and no where does it state the condition of the property. As mentioned we have been coming here for a number of years and not had this experience before, we have spent most of the rest of our holiday (returning to the algarve after 2 years away due to the pandemic) completing documentation for the bank!! In all we have spent almost 5k euros on this holiday NOT something we were expecting to have to do.

Lovely stay, Villa needs some tlc

We had a lovely stay at Villa Jasmin, the villa was ample size for 8 of us & the location was wonderful. However the villa itself needs some tlc, especially the pool area. The tiles were broken around the edge inside the pool and generally looks run down. Also, could do with slip mats inside the doors. Communication with Seashell was fantastic though and they answered our queries very quickly. With a bit of upgrading this villa could be amazing!

No geral foi uma experiência Positiva. com áreas interiores e exteriores bastante agradáveis. Piscina fantástica. Alguns pontos a melhorar: - A casa com formigas e baratas durante toda a estadia, compreendemos que é uma casa no meio do campo mas deveriam existir cuidados extra para evitar o aparecimento, principalmente das Baratas. - Poucas luzes no exterior e com muitas falhas no sistema eléctrico. - Aparelhos de ar condicionado sem comandos e com funcionamento deficiente.

Wonderful Countryside location - 10 mins from beaches & great restaurants nearby

Loved the clean pool & great outdoor seating/dining areas & bbq Cleaners did a very thorough job cleaning all surfaces & bed linens & towels were freshly laundered & spotless. WiFi worked perfectly. Any queries we had were responded to immediately by Seashell staff who provide an excellent service. Perhaps you could supply Bath mats (non-slip) for showers & baths (for safety reasons). Also a mat at lounge sliding door for wet feet after swim

Great location. Very quick response from Seashell to the problems we had with the villa. There were things that needed repairing like the sun beds and shower door that really should have been done before we arrived rather than me having to phone your office while I'm on holiday to organise it. The floor in the kitchen is coming upcollapsing as well, which I pointed out to your handyman. It was an amazing villa, but needs work done to bring it up to standard that we usually see in that area. But note, Seashell were always very responsive with problems, so thank you for that.

Very Spacious and comfortable villa well situated.

We had a family of seven including a three and a half year old boy. The villa was wonderful, clean spacious and included all the amenities you would expect. The outside space was excellent as was the pool. Situated in a quiet area allowing for relaxation and private family time but in easy reach of the beach, restaurants and other attractions. Seashell were very good and we have no hesitation in recommending the villa to others.

A haven of tranquility

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday here, with children, grandparents and parents. The place was spotless and very well equipped, with a high quality kitchen. The villa is a short drive to Almancil for restaurants and supermarkets and just a bit further to the beaches. You can choose for the really upmarket Vale do Lobo area, or a more local feel with Quateira. Antonio and the staff of his company were very professional and answered all our questions, recommended car hire, who delivered to the villa for no extra cost. A wonderful haven of peace and tranquility, surrounded by trees. Our children aged 7 and 9 were very happy with the pool and games room, so were were happy too. The only downside was that UK television is not available anymore, if we had known this we would have made other arrangements to watch the Wimbledon final!

Lovely Private Villa, Perfect Holiday

I would like to highly recommend Villa Jasmin, my whole family had a lovely 8 night holiday here last month and the villa and all the amenities was perfect It is in a perfect location for a close drive to many places from the beach to the quaint and authentic town of Loule. The owner Antonio was extremely helpful and patient with my numerous questions, I will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend Villa Jasmin.

Great villa and location

My husband and our two children just spent two great weeks here. Villa is great and well equipped. The pool and games room were an added bonus and so many balconies! We wanted to be away from the crowds but local and it was perfect. Not overlooked at all. Would highly recommend.
