This property is as advertized. Great location overlooking the Pacific. Clean, nicely furnished, and properly equipped, including a clothes washer and dryer. A small groccery and several coffee shops within easy walking distance. If you are a little more ambitious, it is feasible to walk to La Jolla cove with its shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location

If you’re looking for a place with a fantastic view, this is the property. We really enjoyed watching the surfers from the balcony and easy access to the water. Plus a farm fresh grocery store one block away (easily walkable). Plenty to do in the area with easy check in/out instructions.

Perfect Beach Front Location

We had such a wonderful time at this stay. Our main goal was to stay where we could see and walk to the ocean quickly, and this did that. Add on top of that lot of sleeping options inside and beach items at our disposal (towels, toys, chairs, etc), we were set! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in this beautiful condo right on the ocean we attended a wedding and one of our family members rented the equally beautiful unit below us!

Our stay was a nice time, furniture needs to be upgraded, not very comfortable.but otherwise we enjoyed the beautiful view.The area was very quite except for the homeless people who unfortunately live out of their vehicles along the parking area. Very clean beaches.

My family of 4 stayed here while visiting family. We flew in from Va, and the house was so welcoming! Amazing views from the balcony. House was super clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this house!
