Kiawah Bay is a hidden gem we want to share with families to make memories that will last a lifetime. This beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo located across the street from the beach and a large natural estuary is perfect for beach and nature lovers! You can enjoy fishing, kayaking through the wetlands or just a relaxing day at the beach or pool soaking up the sun. We supply kayaks, towels and beach toys to our guest. This tranquil residential area, just a mile away from the Canaveral National Seashore, provides every opportunity for interaction with nature. Grills are available by the pool area.
We are only a few minutes’ drive to Flagler Avenue and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. You can drive 5 minutes away to go watch manatees and dolphins. The things you can do in NSB are endless!
Our living area is very comfortable with plenty of seating for your entire family. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, books and board games. The leather couch opens into a queen size sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We have a toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, as well as serving and dinnerware. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed, TV and private bath with walk-in shower. There is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub.
This unit is pet friendly for one dog under 20 lbs. We offer free Wi-Fi. Feel free to contact Janice or Josh anytime throughout your stay.
This is a non-smoking condo, but feel free to smoke in the designated patio area.

Great condo in a fun town

Spent the month of March with our two dogs and loved the condo. People in Kiawah are so welcoming and friendly. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and loved watching the fish jump in the lagoon. Condo equipped with kitchen needs and extra sheets for bedrooms. Bed and couch was comfy which is not the case in all Vrbos. Thanks Janice and Josh for having us! Can’t wait to come back next year!

New Smyrna Beach is great area to stay!

Condo is in a great quiet location in NSB. Unheated pool, no hot tub. Sparsely furnished and decorated! Kitchen was well stocked. After removing 3 inch foam off beds they become more comfortable. Neighbors were all so friendly! Most of the issues were attended to quickly by the host. WIFI reception is very spotty causing frequent buffering!!

Great condo!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, with high-end appliances and a nice layout. We had fun exploring the mangrove islands behind the unit. And the proximity to the beach was fabulous!

Comfortable residential complex condo, in quiet area of lovely New Smyrna Beach.

Beds are comfortable, linens clean and of good quality, Every supply you might need, both personal and beach/vacation related has been thought of . First floor makes for easy access with pets, parking is plentiful. Grounds are clean and pleasant, including pool area, community grill, walkways and dock to waterway at rear of property. Neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. Beach access is across the road, approximately 1/3 of a mile walk to the path. We found the description of the property to be accurate. The owner was responsive to our issues, quick to resolve them in a pleasant and efficient manner. We stayed at Kiawah Bay for a month in our favorite escape from winter - New Smyrna Beach.
