Beach Stay With Family

Wonderful stay at Mark and Jessie's condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. Only needed to bring our swim suits. Would highly recommend renting from these hosts. We will, again. A 10 out of 10!

Amazing!!

My family and I stayed at the beach for the week to celebrate my 50th and had an amazing time. The condo was clean, welcoming and well-stocked for all the cooking, family games and beach/pool activities that we got to enjoy. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to go back!!

Clean, convenient location, beach/pool view

We had a great time. Directions, check in were very easy. You can take a cart for luggage and use the elevator. The location is convenient to get to Downtown New Smyrna, Space Center and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need ( even shampoo, soap, toilet paper …..).We were 2 couples and had lots of room; there is a 3rd bedroom with bunk bed perfect for kids. From the balcony you look to the very clean pool area and partial view of the Ocean. You are steps away from the endless beach (no cars!). The condo complex is well taken care off. We would definitely stay here again. Ben , the manger, was very communicative and I’m sure he would help you with any problems.
