This home is close to many major attractions, in a quiet, safe and walkable neighborhood. Also close to I 25 if you desire to explore the region. Easy parking both on street and behind the house.

Great stay within walking distance of restaurants and downtown activities. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water. When you get the key out of the lock box use the side door instead of the front door (it doesn't work haha but we figured it out). Great stove (used for reheating but could have cooked if I wanted to). Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and just a super cute place to stay!

Our experience was great! Mark was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. We had very detailed instructions for everything in the house so getting WiFi and other electronics up and running was a breeze. It’s a nice neighborhood and easy to walk downtown or to the local coffee house around the corner. We all agreed we would rent again next time we came for a visit. Can’t say enough about Mark getting right back to me whenever I had a question.

It was perfect for CC graduation weekend, just a block from our child’s off campus rental. Mark gave lots of information about the house and fun things to do in the area. Not sure when we’ll get back, but we’d definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful house! Wonderful location! Kitchen was very well appointed, and I was easily able to cook side dishes for a thanksgiving dinner (having a second available oven was why we rented over the holiday!). Immaculate and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay over the thanksgiving holidays. The house was lovely, it was quiet, well insulated & very well taken care of. The pictures of the house are accurate but do not do it justice, it’s better in person. We will cherish the memories of our trip & we hope to be able to come back the next time we venture back up to Colorado.
