Stay in our 112 year old charming home, it is a Historic shotgun house nestled next to the Canal and it’s peaceful sound of water. Adjacent to the century old Sibley Mill with the reassuring sound of the train passing thru each evening. Our home is casually elegant and comfortable and it’s an exceptional retreat close to downtown and provides superb access to the city. We are also within close proximity to Lake Olmstead, the Savannah Rapids and Augusta Canal, great for enjoying the outdoors. We love our little house and you will too!
Our shotgun house is located in the heart of Augusta and has 11’ ceilings throughout with one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with custom concrete countertops and a great outdoor area. We offer a flat screen TV and a small library , and board games.
The kitchen comes equipped with full size refrigerator and stove, coffee maker, utensils, plates cups, etc.
We are within 5 minute driving (1.4 miles) distance to the downtown entertainment and business areas, within 10 minutes (3.3 miles) from the Augusta National Golf Club (The Masters), and within 28 minutes (12.7 miles) from Fort Gordon Army Installation. Our neighborhood is quaint and comfortable and if you are here for business or pleasure, we welcome you as our guest.
