Beautiful, quiet and secluded 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Cottage Townhome which is right off popular Washington Road and only a short 5 miles from the Augusta National Tournament Golf Course. Restaurants are very close by and only minutes away. This home has an open floor plan and is exceptionally clean. Brendall Place is a private street and very quiet. 2 bedrooms are downstairs with a bonus room upstairs.
Home includes full Kitchen and Laundry room.

Great Masters stay

This was the perfect house for 3 of us visiting during the Masters. The owner communicated well ahead of time on all the details and everything was in good working order throughout the trip. Location can’t be better for a Masters stay or anything along Washington.
