house of 100m2 with 2 bedrooms 16m2, with double beds, living room, living room, bathroom (2 basins and bath), separate toilet, fitted kitchen, TV, wifi, large terrace with dining area + barbecue, covered parking for 1 car + 3 additional places, land 2000m2 closed by electric gate. Swimming pool (on ground) 4 x 9. 50m. In a locality 10 km from Montauban, in a quiet environment, surrounded by vineyards, 4km from the A62 and A20 motorways (to Toulouse and to Bordeaux, Paris). POSSIBILITY to prepare visits to surrounding sites or even to guide you because I am a tourist guide (in French, English and German). Nearby: Quercy (lot and dordogne); aveyron gorges, tourist cities (Bruniquel, St Antonin Noble Val; Cahors, St Circ Lapopie, Cahors, Albi and surroundings .... Toulouse ...).
