Very quaint little cottage with plenty of room for the 4 of us to stay comfortably. Well stocked with everything we needed, and tucked into a very peaceful setting!

Cute little house in a very quiet neighborhood! It felt like being in the country, and we loved that. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor space, the deck, and the games.

Great stay at the Corn Crib. Beds and sheets were very comfortable, even with high temps and high humidity, it stayed very cool inside- thank goodness! Barb was very gracious and checked on us within a couple hours of checking in to see if we needed anything. Would recommend!

The Corn Crib was great. I wish we'd had more time to kick back and relax there. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed along with some breakfast items which was very helpful.

Homey, quiet cabin just on the edge of town.

Easy check in. Immediately felt at home. This is a repurposed corn crib. Inside, some parts have been left exposed to help tell the story of its history. Don't let that fool you. All of its wood has been sealed and modernized. It is squeak free and thunder proof. You will sleep like a baby! Barb will have you feeling like family in no time!

Description perfectly describes the property: minutes from the center of town but with a wonderfully secluded feel. Barb was communicative and helpful. Very nice to have the makings in the fridge for a nice breakfast. Have already booked for next year.

Very Charming Cabin

This cabin was the perfect stay for us. We only stayed one night, but it was a much needed stop for rest on our long trip. It was very clean and beautifully decorated :)

We had a very comfortable overnight stay in the Corn Crib. The owner clearly has taken great pride in setting it up; the self-service breakfast concept is brilliant! We were impressed with the variety of food options that she had for us. The property was easy to get to, with ample parking for our two vehicles. The living room was attractive and cozy. It is unfortunate for the owner that nearby properties have been sold to developers and the view, near and far, is now of suburban-style subdivisions. The backyard of the closest one will be only a few feet away from the front seating area of the Corn Crib. Her listing title of "Cabin in the City" is very honest! It's not the city, but it's not fully rural either.We heard the sound of distant gunfire that sounded like it was coming from a shooting range and also odd reverb-y loudspeaker announcements that sounded nearby, as if from a sporting event. Both ended by 8:30PM and could not be heard from inside the cabin. We only stayed here one night, so it's possible that this noise is very uncommon.

Peaceful Getaway At The Corn Crib

Our family of four stayed at The Corn Crib while in town for a family wedding, and it was the perfect retreat. Nestled in a quiet, green area, this rustic bed & breakfast offers a peaceful escape with a cozy, homey charm.The interior has a beautiful mix of wood accents and modern touches—like the stylish metal ductwork and comfy furnishings—that made us feel right at home. The lofted ceilings and large windows brought in a ton of natural light, and the whole space felt open and welcoming.It was the perfect blend of rustic comfort and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Corn Crib to anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly stay in the area!

This is our second time staying at the Corn Crib and this stay reminded us again why we booked as repeat customers. The owner Barb cares deeply for the property, and makes sure her guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The location is in a peaceful, rural location. The Corn Crib is the perfect place to lay your head after a long drive. We will continue to return every summer on our road trip from AZ to WI!
