Very beautiful duplex, bright, sea view from all the main rooms of the apartment, trendy decor, oak parquet. Sea view terrace with garden furniture. Magnificent sunsets. Acotz district. Remarkable site.
In front of the magnificent Mayarco beach (50 meters), 150m from Scénitz beach, 200m from Lafitenia beach.
Beautiful seaside walks by cycle path or coastal path.
Beach shops nearby in summer.
Surf spot nearby. Culture of the Basque Country: Pelota (traditional sport), traditional festivals, Basque songs. Check with the Tourist Office of Saint Jean de Luz for the entertainment program. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back. The region is just glorious and this house was wonderful for us. It was very clean and the manager is such a sweet woman! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We wish we had stayed longer.

traumhafte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll, ausser das das WLAN im oberen Stockwerk nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt keine 80 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Bars, Restaurants und ein Minigolfplatz sind direkt vor der Tür bzw. unter dem Balkon, von daher ist immer was los, was uns aber nicht störte.

Alain et son épouse ont été des locataires respectueux et soigneux. l'appartement a été très bien entretenu tout au long du séjour. Une ébréchure sur la plaque de cuisson est survenue mais ils ont accepté sa prise en charge. Je les recommande donc sans hésitation.

Wunderschöne Lage und schöne Wohnung

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Meeresblick hat uns immer wieder begeistert, der Meeresabschnitt, an dem sich die Wohnung befindet war aus unserer Sicht im Vergleich zu den benachbarten Stränden der schönste. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon sehr schön auch zum Essen und Sonnenuntergänge geniessen.

Le Châlet bleu face à l'Océan

Magnifique vue face à l'Océan , bel appartement spacieux , accueil très sympa de Christelle la propriétaire qui nous donne toutes les informations aux questions que nous lui posons pour passer un agréable séjour de dix jours au Pays Basque , un pied à terre plaisant pour se reposer et bien situé pour les balades et visites de la Région. Plage très agréable pour les surfeurs et les baigneurs.

Délicieuses vacances basques

L’appartement est très joliment décoré, et très bien situé à côté d’une petite plage pas trop fréquentée. La terrasse permet de prendre ses repas « face » à l’océan, même si la valse des fournisseurs qui livrent les guinguettes le matin est un peu bruyante. Mais on s’y fait rapidement. L’ambiance iodée et relaxe de la cote basque est merveilleuse. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et nous avons très facilement pu nous déplacer en marchant sur le sentier côtier ou en empruntant le réseau des petits bus locaux. Merci Christelle, on se sent très très bien chez vous.

Toller Urlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach optimal. Man hört die ganze Zeit das Rauschen des Atlantiks und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, abgenutzt und roch anfangs stark nach Zigarettenqualm, obwohl es eine Nichtraucherwohnung sein sollte. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!!

Super standnahe Lage

Ferienwohnung hat alles was eine 4 köpfige Familie braucht. Direkt gegenüber gibt es mehrere Strandbars / Restaurants in denen sehr gut gegessen und der Sonnenuntergang genossen werden kann. Dies kann auch vom eigenen Balkon mit Meerblick geschehen. Zu Fuß sind in weniger als 5 Minuten ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker zu erreichen. Man kann von der Wohnung aus auch schöne Spaziergänge nach Saint-Jean-de-luz machen. Wir haben uns prima erholt.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung am Meer

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Christelle verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und bietet von jedem Zimmer aus einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom vorhandenen Sandspielzeug, wir haben die große Terrasse genossen. Der Kontakt mit Christelle und die Übergabe der Wohnung durch ihre nette Nachbarin verlief einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gorgeous Location!

This property is in the perfect spot. It overlooks unspoilt Mayorco Beach and is just steps away from some lovely little beach bars. It's a 20-minute walk along the coast to Guéttary and just over an hour in the other direction to St Jean de Luz. If you're feeling lazy, the bus stop for St Jean de Luz is right outside. The supermarket is minutes away by car and it's only a 30-minute drive to Espellette. The property was perfect for our group of four. It has a lovely light-filled kitchen-diner-lounge with windows on the ocean, leading onto a terrace with more sea views. Perfect location.

Cadre idyllique, appartement très agréable

Lieu à recommander : appartement surplombant une des criques de Acotz au Nord de St Jean. La vue est superbe de toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement. La plage est juste en contrebas, a 20m! Idéal pour des petits ploufs matinaux. L'appart est très agréable, joliment aménagé. Chrytelle la propriétaire s'est montrée très arrangeante, et Martine, la voisine qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir, est particulièrement sympathique et disponible. Notre séjour a été une belle réussite.

Accueil très chaleureux de Martine, voisine de l'appartement. Résidence très bien située sur la côte basque et près d'une très belle plage. Amazing location, well equipped modern apartment

The location is just amazing: 1 min walk to a nice beach, 2 very good surf spots within 3 min walk. Very quiet street but enough dining locations (both fast food options and upscale Ostalmer Restaurant). You can see and hear ocean from the appartment. The place is nice: everything is new and well equipped.
