Dear Flavio, I am glad you have found the apartment comfortable , liked the view and the proximity of the villa to the sea and hope you do visit us again. Since we bought the apartment few years ago, together with most of our guests we have been of the opinion that the view more than compensate the passing of the train from time to time.

Thanks for the kind words but some clarifications are necessary for our future guests: Dining facility of the apartment consists of a dining table and four chairs plus a breakfast counter. The dining table could also be used as a desk but it extends to a dining table for 4 people. Most guests however use the large table with six chairs on the balcony for their dining. The TV provides english channels via a digital box as well as french channels. To enable us to keep our rates down, we changed the internet connection provided in the apartment. We now provide the Wi Fi router but guests who wish to use the internet purchase the connection time either on line or using a card purchased from the shops in the village (€3 per day). The villa is very close to the Sea and inevitably the Coastal train line. It is very difficult to match the view from the apartment without the compromise of accepting some train noise during the day. But this is the Coastal line supporting villages by the Sea and does not run at night or every hour of the day.
