The lounge and all bedrooms open onto the main terrace which is very large and has magnificent sea views over Cannes. It also has views of the on-site swimming pool, the gardens, the marina and the new children's playground. The apartment is within a two minute walk of numerous restaurants, shops, hairdressers, massage & beauty therapist and supermarket. Within Mandelieu there are two golf courses, tennis courts and good bus services. The beach is a 15 minute walk away along the riverbank that runs alongside. The location is ideally situated to explore the Riviera coast from Italy to St. Tropez, including Nice, Antibes and Monaco. Further inland the enchanting hilltop villages and towns of the Alps Maritime, including Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and Eze are only a short drive away. For the more adventurous, skiing is available at Isola 2000 which is a 1 1/2 hour drive away.
