This is a beautifully constructed villa, with the design of the interiors having been carefully planned to take full advantage of the spectacular sea views. Spacious, light and airy, the contemporary and stylishly furnished living/dining area and fully equipped compact kitchen reflect an understated contrast to the verdant and natural beauty of nature’s design outside.

The lovely veranda leading from the living area is perfect for relaxing on the comfortable chairs. From the living room stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, with spectacular views over Sivota Bay. The double bedroom has its own generous and furnished balcony. The lower ground floor studio is accessed via an external staircase and path.

Important Information:

During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available.

The local municipality of Sivota continues to invest in developing the surrounding area and there may be works taking place within the vicinity. We do not anticipate these will have a significant impact on the overall enjoyment of your holiday, with works being monitored regularly.

For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk, or stand on the infinity pool edge children are to be supervised at all times.
