Glad you agree our condo is well maintained. You are correct and as mentioned several times in our description, we are ocean view as are 90% of the rental homes in the oceanfront buildings. We love our location in the building as it affords a wonderful ocean AND pool view as shown in the picture number 1 as well as a partial tennis and basketball view. We love seeing pretty much what happens in Seapointe and we love to people watch from our balcony. We have been renting our home for 18 years and have successfuly hosted over 500 guests in that time. We have required a signed rental agreement to be on file for all those guests. We do this not only for our protection as the owners but also for our guests. I did check with housekeeping to verify there were still four chairs on the deck, but perhaps you were hoping for more? We enjoy sharing our home, but we must take steps to protect our investment, and our community. We also think this level of professionalism lets our guests to know that we are not a fly by night outfit and what they can expect from us. (It is necessary for our insurance company, HOA, and area licensing). As far as the photo ID, I think we can all agree that there are many scams running. Unfortunately, they change everyday, the web is rampant and the vacation rental market is no different. This is the best way we know to be sure that we are not renting to someone who has stolen another's identity. The requirement of the Rental Agreement and proof of identity is also in the policies and the listing description that one agrees to prior to booking. Hi! So glad you enjoyed. Some folks prefer to rent this 1br to since it has sleeping for 4 in the large bedroom to save money on a 2br or a one br and den. Hi, Seapointe owners spend a lot of money to keep the grounds beautiful. It is nice to just go for a walk around the 17 acres to see it all. Happy to hear that you enjoyed it all. Cape May is nice during the holidays as well. Take a trolley or carriage ride to hear the Cape May stories and see all the decorations! The stores are nice to shop in as well. So glad you had a good time and our place suited you. Cape May as you say is minutes away, just over the bridge. We enjoy the sunsets in Cape May on Sunset beach. Consider coming down during the holidays to enjoy the Cape May lights and shops, carriage rides, home tours, etc.
