ÂĄNuestra hermosa casa es espaciosa y muy cĂłmoda! Tenemos una parcela muy grande con muchos grupos sentados y la casa bordea la reserva natural, donde puede caminar hasta su propio tramo de la maravillosa playa de arena.
La casa tiene capacidad para 9 personas.
La planta baja consta de 3 dormitorios con 2 + 1 + 1 cama, acogedora cocina con chimenea, 2 wc / ducha, estudio / comedor con ventanas a dos aguas, sala de estar y porche de cristal con una cama supletoria. El piso de arriba consta de un amplio loft con 5 camas que se abren al estudio.
Disponible lavavajillas, micro, lavadora y secadora. Acceso a juegos interiores y exteriores, 4 piezas. Bicicletas, barbacoa y leña para la estufa. Hamaca, columpio y una pequeña casa de juegos en la trama.

A beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and very clean house, with lots of lovely walks and an amazing beach nearby. Johanna was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and with suggestions. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful spot

Johanna's cottage was lovely. Clean, spacious, well stocked and just charming. The nature reserve was right next door with the most beautiful beach on the other side. The beach is a bit of a hike, but you can be there in minutes with the car. We got lost on the way to the beach but the very friendly locals found us and walked us all the way there! Amazing hospitality! Johanna herself was a wonderful host. Answering all questions very promptly and checking on us to make sure everything was in order - which it was! There is plenty to do in the area. Though most things are a bit of a drive, it is well worth it. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature and your holiday, this is the place for you. Thank you Johanna for a lovely stay!

GemĂŒtliches Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Augusttage bei schönstem Wetter in Löderup! Tolles Haus, reichlich Platz, wundervoller Garten in traumhafter Umgebung! Perfekt fĂŒr unsere naturverbundene Familie (5 Pers.+ Hund)! Wir haben Wald (inkl. Steinpilze ;-)), Strand und Meer sehr genossen und hatten eine erholsame und entspannte Zeit! Die Kommunikation mit Johanna war herzlich und unkompliziert - vielen Dank fĂŒr alles!

GemĂŒtlich und Entspannend

Wir ( 2 ERW+3 Kinder) verbrachten 10 wunderbare Tage in Johannas Haus. Das GrundstĂŒck liegt herrlich im GrĂŒnen, grenzt an ein Naturschutzgebiet und man kann super entspannen.Mehrmals hatten wir Besuch von einem Hasen was die Kinder toll fanden . Das Haus ist richtig gemĂŒtlich und jeder von uns fand immer einen Platz um sich zurĂŒckzuziehen. Der Kontakt mit Johanna war unkompliziert und freundlich. Johanna hat sich auch wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes erkundigt ob alles bei alles in Ordnung ist. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr nett. Da wir fĂŒr Ende August noch super Wetter hatten, kamen wir in den Genuss die StrĂ€nde zu erkunden, welche wirklich wenig besucht waren und super schön sind . Leider war die Zeit viel zu kurz- gerne wĂ€ren wir lĂ€nger geblieben.

En mysig skĂ„nelĂ€nga som ligger mycket bra till. Smidigt ner till SkĂ„nes bĂ€sta strĂ€nder och samtidigt nĂ€r till Österlens pĂ€rlor. Smidigt kontakt med Ă€garen och allt rullade pĂ„ som det skulle. MĂ„nga rum och sĂ€ngar som gör att alla kan fĂ„ sitt eget om man vill. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende

GemĂŒtlich und gerĂ€umig

Wenn man das GrundstĂŒck und das Haus betritt, fĂŒhlt man sich, als wĂ€re man in ein schwedisches Kinderbuch eingetaucht. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von dem riesigen Garten bis zur BrĂŒcke, der Schaukel, dem Spielhaus und der HĂ€ngematte - und wir ebenfalls. Im Inneren hat das Haus den ganz eigenen Charme eines alten Landhauses, es war alles da, was wir brauchten - wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefĂŒhlt. Zum Strand kann man bequem mit dem Fahrrad fahren (Sandhammaren ca. 15 min. mit kleinen Kindern), die Natur ist weitlĂ€ufig und im Juni wundervoll grĂŒn. Ein tolles Gebiet zum Radeln, Strandbaden, Joggen (und sicherlich auch zum Reiten) sowie fĂŒr kleinere AusflĂŒge (Zoo, Fischerdorf, Burg). Johanna war stets erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider zu kurz

Wir haben in Johanna's Ferienhaus zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen verbracht. Der SpĂ€tsommer meinte es gut mit uns und wir konnten die herausragenden StrĂ€nde genießen. Wir haben vom schönen großen Garten aus Rehe, Wildschweine und einmal sogar einen Elch beobachten können. Der Kontakt zu Johanna war immer schnell und nett. Ich empfehle dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Hemtrevlig skÄnelÀnga med vackra omgivningar!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Johannas hus. Det Àr smakfullt inrett och mkt praktiskt. Barnen lekte pÄ gÄrden och pysslade vid bordet i ateljén. Tack vare det fantastiska vÀdret kunde vi Àta frukost och middag ute vid husets fram och baksida. Vi lÄnade cyklar och upptÀckte olika vÀgar ner till havet genom naturreservatet. I omgivningarna finns mÄnga trevliga utflyktsmÄl.

Perfekter Urlaub

Tolles Haus in einer tollen Landschaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsch offen, die AtmosphĂ€re ist skandinavisch gemĂŒtlich (Hygge). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder...

Lantlig idyll

BÄde den Àldste og den yngste generationen kunde trivas och njuta av husets faciliteter och omgivningarna. En massa plats att röra sig pÄ bÄde ute och inne, och olika underhÄllningsmöjligheter. Mysigt med olika smÄ rum och sektioner dÀr man kunde sitta mÄnga tillsammans, eller gÄ undan och vara ifred. Kommer gÀrna snart igen!!!

At home in Österlen

We felt at home immediately. The house is cosy and lovely decorated. The weather was of no importance since it was really comfortabel being inside on the few rainy days we had, playing games or doing handycrafts with the children in the light-flooded studio on the big table. The lovely beaches are just 5 minutes away by car. Many other lovely spots are in short driving distance (kaffestugas, places where you can buy and/or eat good fish, stony costlines where the children can climb around a bit). The kitchen was very well equiped. The washing machine and dryer quite new. Johanna was a lovely host, who answered every question via sms immediately. Thank you! I'd love to come back soon.

SĂ„ hemtrevligt!!

Vi hade det sÄ mysigt under veckan bÄde med vistelsen i stugan. SÄ hÀrlig atmosfÀr och ytor för bÄde mys, pyssel och matlagning. Sen miljön utanför Àr ju underbar! NÀrheten till havet och naturen som Àr makalöst vacker. Vi och vÄra barn stortrivdes verkligen med allt och det enda som vi sÄg som lite negativt var den stora vÀgen, kustvÀgen som gÄr precis utanför som vi behövde förklara noga för barnen att inte springa ut mot.

Wonderful house

We had a nice time at Johanna’s place. We came with 4 adults and 6 small children and the house was big enough for all of us. There were a lot of toys to play inside and outside and very nice beaches are close.

Perfect holiday home in SkÄne

My wife, two small sons and I spent two idyllic weeks at this beautiful house near Sandhammaren. The house is simply but comfortably furnished and full of character. The garden is huge and a perfect playground for children, with a swing and playhouse. It really feels like a home from home. The location could not be better - right next to the forest, surrounded by unspoiled nature, and just a five minute drive to one of the best beaches in Sweden, which even in August was practically empty. Österlen has plenty for the summer tourist, with some charming towns and villages within an hour's drive. I really can't recommend this house enough, and we hope to return some day. Tack sĂ„ mycket Johanna och Erik, vi Ă€lskar ditt vackert hus.

A lovely house with a beautiful garden in a great area

Our family really enjoyed our week at the house. The house itself is really charming, simple but very nicely decorated and surrounded by greenery, an orchard and lovely trees. Our children spent hours on the swing under the chestnut tree, lolling about on the hammock and racing around enjoying the space. For us as city dwellers, it was a really nice natural environment (hedgehogs, hares and deer spotted outside the house). The area is lovely. There is a great walk through the woods to the beautiful and unspoilt white sandy beach, which is virtually empty but windy, as it's on a point. There is a fantastic and more sheltered beach on a nature reserve further north at Nabackshusen where we spent a few afternoons, where there is also a nice but very popular walk up the hill if the weather not nice enough for the beach. Ystad is a very pretty town and good for a rainy day and stocking up on food and driving around the coast stopping at the pretty fishing villages is nice. There is mini golf to keep the children happy down the road and there are wildflowers everywhere. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend Johanna's house.

Wunderbar stimmiges Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die BĂ€der sind klein, aber voll funktionsfĂ€hig. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Der Garten ist sehr groß und ideal fĂŒr Kinder zum Spielen. Schöne StrĂ€nde sind mit Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Direkt an das Haus grenzt ein Naturschutzgebiet. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus jederzeit wieder wĂ€hlen.

our perfectly nice time in sweden

We are really happy that we found this wonderful place!!! We`ve been to Johannas beautiful and spacious house with two couples and three little children. We were surprised how perfectly prepared the house and the surrounding for children is, especally the little house with a playing kitchen is worth to mention! We really recommand this house, you will have a lovely time here!

relaxing days in a wonderful house in sweden

So we spend two very nice and relaxing weeks in this wonderful house in the south of Sweden. It is a very good place to have a quiet time, but also to visit a lot of interesting places in the south. So Ystad is very near and also some wonderful beaches. The facility in the house is very cared of, there is all you need. The garden is very big and a paradise for children, the house as well. The place offers all for a perfect Holiday for the whole familiy. So we are sure will come back one day.

relaxing days in a beautiful house

So we spend two relaxing weeks in the wonderful house in the south of sweden. The owner, Johanna, was so friendly and helpfull, the house and all the facilities are very cared for. It is a beautiful place in the nature, not far away from very nice beaches and the woods. So it is a very good place to relax and to enjoy the nature, but you can reach also many interesting places in a short distance, especially Ystad is not far away. The big garden is a fantastic place for children, also the house is very suitable for families with children. We are sure we will come back.

Lovely house & very comfortable

Very nice house, huge garden, safe for small children, located next to road but not a busy one. Wood burning option is really nice when it gets a bit cold, a different atmosphere than just turning on the heating. A lot of things to do and see in the area, within 20 min. Go a bit further along the coast, see wonderful small villages, discover shops and restaurant and get to Stenshuvud (a must). Brand new swimming pool in Ystad (20 min drive) for family fun on rainy days (but weather in the last 2 weeks of August was beautiful with just a few short showers), even better than the one in Malmo (at least 60 min drive). Grocery shopping is max 15 min drive in one the villages, everything available. Would come back and therefore heartily recommend.
