Cosy house, nice surroundings and outstanding scenery from the pool.
Our local contact was available whenever we wanted, answering by mail (whenever internet was working). I need to underline though the presence of the rats that my predecessor mentioned. They are in the roof - Salvatore you can check by sitting there in the evening. Whatever, we are in the countryside, so this is usual for southern europe.
I regret to not have read the recoms here before, as the behaviour of the landlord was often disgusting - we did not only receive hints but were as well blamed for any observation that you do: "i told you before that ... because you didn't do this and that...
The other interesting part is the pricing of the house that is not transparent. Friends of us paid the same price like we, but stayed a week longer - same season, same #of people.
Summarizing, the house is nice but wrecked down with rats and smelly from the siphons. Whatever you tell the landlords, the boomerang returns to you, offensively telling the customer what he did wrong. We will not return. Like our friends.
