About this property

Gîte for 5 to 7 people in Sarlat. Shared heated pool, nature, wifi

We welcome you 3.5 km from the historic center of Sarlat and 4 km from the beach of Vitrac.

Our houses are terraced. Each has a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
The beds are distributed as follows: a room with a bed 140cm and a room with 3 beds 90cm including two bunk and one in the living room a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Possibility of free wifi (inquire when booking).

You have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows, among which you will find table tennis, swing, volleyball net, petanque, picnic table and pool (open in July and August ) that are shared with other lodgings.

During your stay, my team is available to provide you with ballad advice, outings, good gastronomic addresses, a possible pet-sitting service depending on the period.

A bus stop is a short walk from the rental. It goes into the city center of Sarlat (no night).

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we make sure by our management of green spaces to preserve the flora and fauna by keeping areas "refuges", practicing the late mowing and completely excluding chemical weed killers and other insecticides. Regarding cleaning products we are attentive to their composition.

Gite propre, mais odeur de renfermé qui persiste dès que les portes et fenêtres sont fermées. Bon confort literie sauf le lit gigogne dont le bruit des lattes est insupportable pour le lit du bas. On a du dû déménager ma fille dans le clic clac du salon. Cuisine équipée sauf couteaux pour cuisiner, eau très calcaire donc dépôts dans la bouillir et traves de blanc sur la vaisselle qui sort du lave vaisselle. Conseil : faites votre vaisselle à la main.

Maison agréable et bien située. Beau cadre et tranquillité.

Nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec le propriétaire. Personne ne nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Il a fallu téléphoner et tomber sur un répondeur. Une personne est enfin arrivée pour nous remettre les clés. Lors de notre départ, il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux, au téléphone, on nous a dit de cacher les clés avant de partir.

un havre de paix qui perd en qualité de rénovation

Ce gîte se trouve près de Sarlat. Très paisible, la cour est privative et offre une totale intimité. La piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants et des parents. Il est équipé convenablement (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, tv...). Le gros bémol est la qualité de rénovation!! il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait! Malheureusement, l'installation électrique et les ouvertures sont très limites! (la baie vitrée ne ferme pas : il faut fermer le volet électrique pour avoir un gîte clos...). C'est décevant à ce niveau là. Ca ne nous a pas gêné pour notre séjour dans cette belle région mais il y a des normes à respecter, et personne n'y est exempté!! Faut-il que des vacanciers soient victimes d'un drame pour que le propriétaire réagisse??
