Lovely apartment in a beautiful town

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy. Such a beautiful town. The apartment was absolutely ideal for us. Mountain views from both sides (esp good from the bedrooms), fairly spacious, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. We used the secure, underground garage for our hire car. A bit tight to get in but quite doable. The flat is top floor with a lift and it's on a restricted use road (buses and bikes mainly), so hardly any traffic noise. It has a good oven, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Communication with the owner was good and easy. We bought fresh pain au chocolat and other baked delights each morning from Campagne Boulangerie, just a few mins walk away. Literally across the road is the Courier shopping centre with a Monoprix supermarket and other usual shops. A walk down Rue Carnot will take you to the lake or old town in 10 mins or so through some beautiful old streets. Only slight negatives are the shower was pretty weak and the sofa was not the most comfortable. Overall it was ideal for the 4 of us.

Der Check-In verlief sehr unkompliziert. Den kompletten Aufenthalt lang hatten wir ĂŒber Whats App Kontakt zum Vermieter und konnten jederzeit alles fragen.Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Annecy und von dort ist alles fußlĂ€ufig sehr schnell erreichbar. Unter dem Haus befindet sich eine Tiefgarage, die zusĂ€tzlich angemietet werden muss. Das wĂŒrden wir auf jedenfall jedem empfehlen.Der Wohnbereich ist sehr groß und gemĂŒtlich. Abends lĂ€sst es sich auf dem Balkon sehr gut aushalten.In der KĂŒche ist alles verhanden, was man braucht. Dierekt gegenĂŒber ist ein Monoprix, wo man alles einkaufen kann, was einem fehlt.Die Toilette ist seperat und etwas klein, wenn man die TĂŒre abschließen möchte.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden sie auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Top appartement et emplacement au top

3 semaines superbes dans un appartement au 6eme avec une vue agrĂ©able. Juste au bord du centre ville pour pouvoir se garer (gratuitement) pas trop loin et ne pas subir la foule. Mais assez proche pour y ĂȘtre en 6 min Ă  pied. La proximitĂ© des gares routiĂšres avec la gratuitĂ© des transports est vraiment un plus pour se promener sans voiture autour du lac! Le petit centre commercial (Monoprix, FNAC...) juste en face est un vrai plus pour dĂ©panner. Bref, une superbe location Ă  rĂ©server sans hĂ©siter. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Annecey

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Stadtwohnung in Annecy. Herr C., war sehr einfach ĂŒber WhatsApp zu erreichen und alles hat super funktioniert. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung. Alles war fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß war man am See. GegenĂŒber der Wohnung ist das Parkhaus Courier und ein Einkaufszentrum in der man alles einkaufen kann. Die Bushaltestellen sind vor der TĂŒr. Mit dem Bus kann man fĂŒr 1,50€ wunderbar die Umgebung erkunden. Wir sind mit unserem E-Auto angereist. Ladestationen sind zahlreich vorhanden. Eine Parkmöglichkeit war nicht vorhanden. Jedoch kann man auf der Straße parken. Wir haben aber unser Auto abends einfach in die gegenĂŒberliegende Tiefgarage Courier gestellt. Das war sehr praktisch und kostete nicht mal 10€ die Nacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön im 6. Stock gelegen. Es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gerĂ€umig. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten fĂŒr 4 Personen. Eine HĂ€ngematte war auch auf dem Balkon. Die hat uns sehr gefallen. Außerdem hĂ€ngt ein Solarpanel an der Wand und man kann verfolgen wieviel Strom produziert wird. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch sehr gut. Es gab zwar keinen Fernseher, aber dafĂŒr einen Beamer mit Internetzugang. Das langt völlig du hat wunderbar funktioniert. In der KĂŒche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir hatten eine kleine KĂŒchenkiste gepackt, die wir quasi bis auf SpĂŒlmaschinentabs nicht gebraucht hĂ€tten. Selbst Waschmittel war in der Wohnung vorhanden.

TrÚs bien situé

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© cet Ă©tĂ©. L’appartement est super bien situĂ© proche de tout ! Annecy dessert bien aussi les villes alentours et pas mal de bus passent en bas. Je conseille de prendre le box en complĂ©ment car en Ă©tĂ© il y a du monde et pas facile de se garer. Par contre ils n’ont pas la cles qui permets de monter directement du -1 Ă  l’appartement quelques marches pour y accĂ©der. L’appartement est grand, agrĂ©able et propre. Et c’est calme ! Il n’y pas de tĂ©lĂ© et pas beaucoup de films accessibles sur le vidĂ©o projecteur, jour de pluie ou soirĂ©e tranquille prenez des jeux avec vous c’est ce que nous avons fait. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser l’ordinateur car nous n’arrivions pas Ă  nous connecter et la souris n’avait plus de batterie, le mieux est d’apporter le vĂŽtre plus simple 🙃 Niveau Ă©quipement il n’y a pas de petites assiettes, ça parait bĂȘte mais c’est utile et pas de micro onde. Sinon tout est niquel il y a ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner l’équipement de la cuisine est top. Le hamac est Trop sympa ! Avec un store pour bloquer le soleil on peut y lire et se poser. La vue est superbe. Mathieu est disponible par message rĂ©pond rapidement on l’a sollicitĂ© une ou deux fois. L’arrivĂ©e Ă©tait bien gĂ©rĂ©e, il laisse des documents pour voir ce qu’il y a de bien dans le coin de Annecy et une note explicative pour l’utilisation du matĂ©riel laissĂ© ou autre. TrĂšs pratique ! Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour ! L’appartement est plus disposĂ© Ă  accueillir une famille que 3 adultes mais nous avons quand mĂȘme fortement apprĂ©ciĂ© ! Tout Ă©tait parfait !

La location est conforme Ă  l’annonce et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Toutefois quelques observations : Trop peu de rangements car tous les placards sont condamnĂ©s. Il manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine Ă©galement (tire bouchon, couverts de service, tasses Ă  cafĂ©). Et un seul jeu de clĂ©s Ă©tait trop juste pour une famille de 4. L'appartement est spacieux, trĂšs propre et idĂ©alement situĂ© pour se promener dans le cƓur d'Annecy. Aucune nuisance sonore : la rue sur laquelle donne le balcon est piĂ©tonne, avec un accĂšs rĂ©servĂ© aux riverains et bus. Mathieu est chaleureux et souriant, ce qui ne gĂąche en rien l'accueil. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement, et y retournerons avec plaisir !

Lovely apartment in a great location

We love Annecy and have visited it a number of times. This apartment is situated on the 6th floor so is very light and airy, with mountain views from the bedrooms. It is very well-equipped, particularly if you are self catering, and our children (6 & 8) really enjoyed playing with all the games and toys. It is located just opposite the Courier shopping centre, which has lots of good shops including a Monoprix, where you can get lovely fresh bread and croissants in the morning. The old town and lake is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk southwards along Rue Carnot, and the bus and train stations are very close (5-10 min walk). Mathieu, the owner was very helpful both before and during our stay, and responded very promptly to my email queries regarding transport options from Geneva (we ended up catching the bus which was very convenient as it runs direct from the airport to Annecy bus station). I would thoroughly recommend this apartment- Thank you for a lovely stay!

Sunny comfortable appartment in a great location.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for Annecy Animation festival. It's really lovely inside, we were really comfortable. I found the apartment to be well located to get to all the events, its also opposite a supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped and Mathieu was a very accommodating host, he was easy to get hold of and came to meet us to give us the keys and show us around. An all round great first experience using this kind of website rather then a hotel.
