Great location. New apartment with lovely views. Easy walking distance into Annecy centre and the gorgeous lake. Good parking and the host answered all questions without delay. Overall, a perfect stay and we’ll be back. Thank you Laurence.

Wohnung ok, Busanbindung Zentrum super (2, 5).Dennoch einige uns unbekannte Modalitäten:Fertigmachen für die Nachmieter kannten wir bisher nicht.Die Wohnung ist voller Verhaltensanweisungen, gewöhnungsbedürftig ...Der Vermieter ist zu An- und Abreise nicht da, kommt aber während des Aufenthalts in die Wohnung kommt und platziert Dinge im Schlafzimmerschrank.Es gibt viele hundert TV-Kanäle, aber leider keinen einzigen deutschsprachigen.Ein für uns sehr wichtiges Auswahlkriterium, war Parkplatz. Das ist auch ("kostenfreie Parkplätze") inseriert und sicher auch so "eingepreist" ... Leider sind die Parkplätze aber ständig belegt durch Anwohner ohne Tiefgaragenplatz und Besucher des Parc du Sport (Betrieb bis 22 / 23 Uhr), deshalb gibt es nur sehr wenige Parkplätze morgens 7 Uhr (Leute fahren zur Arbeit) und nachts nach 22:30 (Sportler fahren nach Hause). Das passt leider nicht zu "vom Einkaufen / vom Wandern kommen", so dass man lange suchen muss und tw. weit laufen muss (auch bei Anreise im Regen mit dem Gepäck).Die Wohnung ist inseriert als "ruhig", das war aber zumindet bei uns nicht so. Neben dem Berufsverkehr ab 6:30 begannen um 7:30 jeden Morgen Bauarbeiten im Parc du Sport.Summa Summarum: eine schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Gegend und Stadt, die nicht alle Erwartungen "preisadäquat" erfüllt hat

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Lage, insbesondere durch die nahe liegenden Bushaltestellen und die günstigen Ticketpreise.Annecy ist immer eine Reise wert.

Laurence a eu un contre temps avec ce logement indépendant de sa volonté, mais elle nous a proposée une solution de relogement avant notre arrivés.Donc aucun stress pour nous à notre arrivés nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires.

L'appartement est grand et propre. Il nous a semblé inhabité donc plutôt "vide", avec très peu d'équipement côté accessoire de cuisine (uniquement sel et poivre) et je n'avais pas prévu de demander de la litterie pour mon enfant, petite erreur de communication avec l'hôte. L'appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel en face d'un stade où il y a eu de l'activité jusqu'à minuit le premier soir. Peu de restaurants aux alentours, mais une épicerie se trouve à une distance de marche. Sans oublier la fermeture des commerces les dimanches/lundis. Le Vieux Annecy se fait très bien en voiture ou à pieds qui rends l'expérience agréable.

Séjour à Annecy.

Très belle région. Annecy est une ville agréable avec la quiétude de son lac . Il y a de très belles randonnées aux alentours.

Séjour exceptionnel

Très bel appartement spacieux propre et entièrement équipé avec une magnifique terrasse très agréable. Très bonne literie. Smart TV avec Netflix et Amazon Prime grâce à fibre. Wifi impeccable Propriétaire très agréable et à l’écoute. Réactive en cas de besoin. Rien à dire. Tout était parfait. Trop hâte de revenir !

Appartement neuf très agréable

Nous avons passé 3 jours et l'objectif était de pouvoir circuler dans Annecy sans la voiture : arrêt de bus à proximité mais nous avons choisi d'aller à pied au lac et dans le quartier de la vielle ville d'Annecy. Le chemin est très simple entre 25 et 30 minutes.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien équipé, très agréable avec une belle terrasse très appréciable pour les vacances d’été. Le plus, les lits fait à l’arrivée et le linge de toilette mis à disposition et seulement une base de ménage demandée. Très confort pour profiter encore plus longtemps des vacances ! Un petit peu loin du centre avec un enfant de 6 ans qui marchait déjà beaucoup la journée ! Mais bus ou vélo possible et nous avons très bien réussi à nous garer en plein mois d’août ! Très bonne communication avec Laurence, merci pour cette semaine à refaire !!

Super appartement, tout neuf et tout propre avec un très grand balcon, une belle vue, au calme et grand parking gratuit en face de la résidence donc très pratique pour Annecy. De plus la propriétaire a une super communication, elle est vraiment très sympathique. Je recommande à tous !
