Ideally located at the entrance to the site of the cottages; accessing side y 'Wolf ford street' in a large main room, you will find great autonomy since it is equipped with a large bed 200x160 separable, a seating area with sofa into a bed of 140x190, d a dining area for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, a bathroom toilet, air conditioning, TV, internet.

Das hübsch eingerichtete Häuschen hat alles was es braucht, inklusive einen schönen Sitzplatz mit Abendsonne. Ruhige Lage am Rand von Decize. Idealer Ausgangsort mit dem Velo, zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto für Erkundigungen in der Umgebung. Frédéric der Vermieter bietet praktischerweise Velos zur Miete an. Die Ausfahrten mit den E-Bikes entlang der Gewässer haben wir sehr genossen.

A 200 m du centre ville, à 150 m de la vieille Loire, une petite maison au calme. Pour ma part j'y reviendrai pour un plus long séjour avec ma compagne.

Bon séjour, réfrigérateur un peu petit, manque un petit faitout. Gîte propre, propriétaire très sympathique, jardin à disposition. Porte d'entrée manque de hauteur, mon époux fait 1,87 m, porte pas idéale pour les grands ni costauds.

2 gîtes à 2 pas de la voie verte reliant Auxerre à Decize (canal du nivernais) et Nevers le long de la Loire. Possibilité de louer un vélo au gué du loup et de bénéficier d'une navette pour le transport de vélos. Très pratique !

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux par le propriétaire. Le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et est très confortable (la literie aussi !). Complètement indépendant et au calme, à l'écart de la circulation. La durée du séjour ne nous a pas permis de faire des balades à vélos (le propriétaire en loue, juste en face) mais celles-ci sont possibles depuis le gîte ... il y a tant de choses à faire et à voir ...

A comfortable property close to the town centre and all local amenities.

A very well equipped property, in an ideal location. Although compact, it offers everything you could possibly need during a short break. The property owner was extremely friendly and was more than willing to offer his expert local knowledge, ensuring that all of our needs were catered for.
