Very nice modern flat with incredible view, airconditioning and 2 bedrooms (2x double bed) completely renovated, beautiful kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Toilet seperated. Babybed available.
Ideal location in the center of Lavandou, facing the sea (great views from the living room and terrace). On the 3rd floor with elevator. Private and secure parking in the residence. No car more needed. You will find restaurants, bars and shops in the area. The great Lavandou market is organized throughout the year across the road behind the residence. Renowned and ideal for shopping and purchasing. Le Lavandou harbor is about 1km. Outputs to the Golden Isles are organized. You can rent a boat.

Appartement très agréable, il dispose d’un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer! Une vue magnifique à toute heure de la journée. L'appartement est très bien agencé et agréable, une grande baie vitrée pour une magnifique vue sur la mer. Heureusement que l'appartement était confortable car c'est un cas exceptionnel sur la Côte, la météo a été pourrie pour les deux semaines réservées. Je recommande cette location. Il y a un ascenseur bien utile pour mes 75 ans.

Appartement moderne, bien situé

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé et dispose d'une place de parking sous l'immeuble. La résidence est très propre, bien entretenue et agréablement fleurie. Le point positif est vraiment la vue à couper le souffle ! Le seul point négatif de notre séjour est que la chambre principale se trouve dans l'entrée ce qui ne permet pas les allers et venus pendant l'heure de la sieste ! Mais avec une vue pareille on oublie tout ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Notre point de vue, notre vécu

2 points majeurs de confort:1 -le ventilateur plafond ne fonctionnait pas : inconfort total dans une période chaude. 2- mitigeur de douche ne fonctionnait pas: impossible d'obtenir une température inférieure à 40°obligés de se doucher à l'eau chaude.La propriétaire contactée par mail n'a même pas daigné répondre .Surprenant !!!!Dommage, cela vient entâcher l'impression générale qui est bonne.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable grâce à la situation exceptionnelle de cet appartement : nous étions aux premières loges pour les fabuleux levers de soleil. ein Apartment das keine Wünsche offen lässt, mit einer tollen Lage direkt am Meer.

Wir waren 11.11. - 18.11.17 in diesem Apartment. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Jeden Tag Sonne bus 17/18 C° so war sogar liegen am Strand angenehm. Zu erst hatten wir viel Wind, aber der legte sich nach drei Tagen. Schönster Sandstrand Le Cavalier ca. 10km entfernt. Abends hatten fast alle Restaurants geschlossen, somit Selbstverpflegung.
