This apartment is located in Saint-Clair, just 400 m from the beach, 2.4 km from Le Lavandou town centre. It is located near the ports of Hyères, Toulon.

It has access to a free private parking space for your peace of mind.

A magnificent sea view from the terrace will allow you to visualize the Golden Islands!

Due to its crossing configuration, it is very bright and is located in a small quiet condominium.

Apartment Description :Electric lacqu:P er kitchen, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso and Dolcé Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer.
Separate WC
Bedroom: double bed, fan, window with sea view
Living room: Sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, fan, bay window and sea view.
Various equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot (in addition to the Conciergerie).

With proximity to the beach, no need to use your vehicle! you can walk along the coastal path and enjoy the sandy beach nicknamed "The Pearl"!
Various water activities are offered and you can visit the Iles d'Or from Le Lavandou!
Non-smoking apartment (except exterior), pets not allowed.

A cleaning deposit of 68 euros will be requested upon arrival. Upon departure, it will be returned to you if the cleaning has been done correctly.

A deposit for accommodation of 300 euros will also be requested upon entry, and returned on departure if everything is in order.

All in all, this is a wonderful location with every comfort. In terms of size, I would recommend bringing no more than two people; it gets a bit cramped for more than that. The view is truly beautiful, and I enjoyed it thoroughly every day. The bedroom is at the back, and therefore quiet. From the balcony, you can hear the street and the music from the bars, but it's all within limits. What bothered me a lot is that the balcony railing is exactly at eye level when you're sitting at the table. I'm 1.75 m tall, so I'm "average." I would really recommend bringing your own high garden chairs with thick cushions to really enjoy the view. Another thing that wasn't so good was the stove, which didn't work properly at times. The cookware could also be replaced; the pans, in particular, were already bent. But these are minor issues compared to the otherwise very comprehensive amenities. The actual town center, which is essentially "Lavandou Village," is a 10-15 minute walk away. You can enjoy a lovely walk right along the water (Sentier littoral). Unfortunately, you have to climb the steep hill again afterwards :-)All in all, a really lovely apartment with air conditioning (which you need!), and you can book it without hesitation.

L’appartement est bien situé à 20min à pied du lavandou et 5 min de la plage st clair. Appartement pratique et fonctionnel avec balcon à l’ombre le midi parfait et très bonne communication avec la le service conciergerie (drap et serviettes fournis)

Notre séjour a été agréable mais l'appartement etait très sale. A notre arrivée nous avons dû passer une heure à nettoyer. Très dommage, l'endroit et le panorama sont magnifique. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet appartement.

Nous avions loué au Lavandou, car nous voulions visiter l’île de Porquerolles. Qui se trouve à quelques kilomètres L’appartement est vaste et charmant avec une vue magnifique. Sur la Méditerranée Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons Un grand merci aux propriétaires
