The house has been carefully and beautifully built with rich native woods, fans, fully screened louvered windows, and a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and ocean-front dining area. La Playa Casita is a private home located on the grounds of Bluff Beach Retreat. The setting is lush and the gardens beautiful and well maintained.
The attention to detail can be noticed the minute you enter the house with local artwork and special touches throughout. Free WiFi is provided.
The kitchen is wonderfully laid out for your own cooking or we could arrange prepared dinners. We have nine full-time staff & daily maid service would be provided. As a Bed & Breakfast, we offer a wonderful breakfast served daily on the porch of your home at an extra charge. In addition, we can offer you laundry and baby-sitting services upon request. In addition, there are three excellent restaurants/bars close by, all within a 5-minute walk.

Blissful Bluff Beach Retreat

This place has so much to offer and every experience they did offer was unique and extraordinary in it's own way. Horseback rides to La Piscina- divine. Riding the beach cruisers provided and exploring the various nearby beaches bordering the jungle- epic. All the nearby bars/restaurants - surprisingly sublime. A massage by Laura in the gorgeous massage palapa while the rain falls on the thatch roof - blissful. Touring the property and witnessing the beauty of the countryside - gorgeous. Karen and Steve really are super cool people and the absolute best hardworking hosts. You will not regret staying at this little piece of paradise where the ocean lulls you to sleep and the noisy jungle gently nudges you awake for another day of adventure!

Beautiful setting and wonderful hosts

This property was exactly as advertised. The beach is probably understated as it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen to date. The hosts were extremely responsive, informative, and willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a unique, remote experience.

your expectations and ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. The 7-acre property is located directly on
Bluff Beach, with miles of secluded sandy beach.

Our beautiful off-the-grid property, with the
magnificent Caribbean Ocean at your front door and lush jungle at the back, is
one of Panama's highest rated Bed & Breakfast resorts.We offer three homes, the oceanfront Beach House, a 5000 square foot home
with 4 bedrooms – 5 bathrooms & the oceanfront La Playa Casita, a 3500 square foot home with
3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms & Las Palmas Casita, a 800 square foot home with 2
bedrooms – one bathroom. These three homes can accommodate up to 19 people.

In addition, we have constructed a large exercise
& Yoga facility, where we offer weekly classes. In a Massage studio, we
offer the services of a wonderful massage therapist.

The homes have been beautifully built with
rich native woods, high efficiency Hunter fans, fully screened louvered
windows, hotel quality mattresses, lots of hot water, fully equipped kitchens
and WiFi.
We can offer a great breakfast – served daily on the front porch of the Beach House or any of the Casitas, at an extra charge.There are four excellent restaurants within
a 5 to 10-minute walk from the property.  

Our 65-foot lap pool is a fantastic
compliment to your holiday.
There is a lot to do. Enjoy walking miles of deep sandy beach, snorkeling,

Bluff Beach Retreat has a 160 acre farm within a short 10 minute walk. We have 14 horses and offer 3 hour guided tours that are available at $50 per person. In addition we have more than 100 sheep, different varieties of lime trees, pineapples, plantain and other exotic tropical fruits. We have more than 50 species of birds on the farm and we offer an interesting guided early morning tour that is available for $25 per person.
