18 km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, this superb gite ideal for 2 people located in a peaceful and calm location, not overlooked, or the song of the cicadas enlivens your beautiful sunny days. 500 m from a village with character, with local shops for bread and groceries, bar, will welcome you with the greatest happiness and with ease.
Many activities and sites are to be visited, but also countless hiking trails, and villages that have kept their authenticity of yesteryear.
My cottage is built in authentic Ardéchoise stone. It is located in the La Lande valley, where your awakenings will be lulled by the flow of a soothing river.
It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with large shower, a sink and a washing machine, 1 separate toilet, a living room with open fitted kitchen including dishes and appliances. A heavenly place to unwind and relax in a natural setting.

Für uns war die Unterkunft und die Lage ideal. Absolut ruhig in einem Olivenhain gelegen mit einem schönen Pool zur Mitbenutzung. Idyllischer Sitzplatz unter einem schattigen Baum. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten zur Epicerie in Vinezac zum Baguette holen. Wanderwege und Ardeche gut (kurze Fahrten mit dem Auto) erreichbar.

Charmantes kleines Ferienhaus im Grünen

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind gepflegt und malerisch gelegen. Wir würden wieder kommen. Très bien :)

Bravo à l'accueil de la propriétaire qui sait se rendre disponible. Un coup de chapeau à l'environnement de la maison, calme, reposant avec même un coq très conciliant qui ne chante qu'après 10h00 et au loin. Nous avons trouvé un lieu pour se recharger en énergie.
