About the owner: I'm Michael Mulrooney and I purchased my Palm Springs home in 2003. I have always enjoyed the desert and the wonderful Mountain view as well as the Mid-Century architecture that Palm Springs is so noted for. I have two daughters who have helped me nurture and restore our beautiful home. We hope you enjoy it too!
Why the Owner Chose Palm Springs, CA, USA:
We chose to buy in the South side of Palm Springs due to the location close proximity to the Palm Springs downtown and the protection of the Mountains from the wind. The Tahquitz River Estates are unigue in design and hold true to the rich Mid-Century feel of Palm Springs in 1948
