In quiet residence in the heart of the forest studio 30 M2 furnished beautiful terrace of 20 m2 overlooking the forest.
Free access to the swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15) and ping pong tables. Local bike.
Click clac 2 people + sleeping 1 person + baby umbrella without mattress.
Fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric barbecue, electric griddle, kettle, washing machine and TV. Bathroom with shower bath and 2 basins.
Beautiful walks and bike in the forest of pines and oaks.
Rocky coast at 350 meters.
Access to the mine beach at 15 minutes through the forest, possibility of surfing.

Week end rental possible 54 € per night (2 nights minimum except July and August).

July August (weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Our animal friends are not accepted.

un appartement zen,lumineux,pour se reconnecter à la nature.

nous avons passé d'agréables vacances avec ma fille de 16 ans. on sent que que tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour le bien être de chacun. le cadre est magnifique, verdoyant, je dirais même un peu sauvage car les plages et les dunes sont très peu travaillées. Il tend vers la déconnection, mais aussi vers une reconnection à la nature.

Séjour au calme (si on n'a pas la malchance d'avoir une voisine poissonnière)

Accueils agréables par les propriétaires il y a tout pour passer un bon séjour (équipements + terrasse aménagée) + piscine dans la résidence (ex. hotel) Cependant, difficile d'avoir du réseau téléphonique sur le site. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance en tombant sur une voisine bruyante et sans gène mais le reste de la résidence est d'un calme olympien ! En plus, il y a la Pointe du Payré, le port de la Guittière et Talmont St Hilaire pas loin à visiter (+ les Sables d'Olonnes). A recommander
