In the heart of a large property surrounded by nature, charm and calm guaranteed in an old sheepfold on one level restored with taste, sleeping for 6 people: 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a large living room with kitchen American, WC, SDD. TV, wifi, swimming pool 5 x 12 m.

Fantastic house and area - highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our two weeks here, a lovely house with a fantastic swimming pool. Perfect layout for our family of 5 plus a dog. Laurent and Anne were great hosts, and although they were away themselves shortly after we arrived, they kept in touch to check everything was okay. Lucky enough to see several wild boar and deer, and spent lots of time visiting the villages and towns in the local area. Clery St Andre is a lovely little town with a good supermarket and boulangerie, and we loved Meung-sur-Loire, Orléans and Beaugency.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und obwohl Laurent und Anne selbst in Urlaub waren, waren sie stets erreichbar und haben sich nach uns erkundigt und bei Bedarf geholfen. Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig im Grünen, ist prima ausgestattet und wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen dort!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est décorée avec goût et fonctionnelle. Le descriptif et les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Il y a une terrasse , un peu petite pour circuler mais très agréable avec vue sur les champs et les bois à l’arrière de la maison. Nous avons profité de la piscine qui est de bonne taille. Tout était parfait avec des propriétaires très attentifs.

Un endroit de rêve

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce gîte très bien équipé. La décoration est charmante, la cuisine très pratique et les lits excellents. La piscine est grande et le gîte s’ouvre sur un immense champ entouré de forêts. Le rêve en periode de COVID-19. Laurent et Anne sont des hôtes acceuillants, charmants et discrèts. Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. A recommander absolument!

Sejour très agréable. Calme et repos au programme avec chant des oiseaux au réveil. La maison est bien équipée et très bien restaurée. Le partage de la piscine n'a posé aucun problème, les propriétaires étant très discrets et respectueux de notre intimité. Bien que la maison soit éloignée, le wifi est fonctionnel (très bien pour les ados) et proche d'un intermarché bien achalandé. La maison est située entre Orléans et Blois et offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites ou d'activités proches. Si vous avez le charme de la campagne, le repos, c'est un séjour à ne pas manquer.

Very nice renovated cottage

Nice renovated cottage, great location and very well serviced pool, big enough for relaxed swimming and ball playing for children. Playing on the large grass field and relaxing is another opportunity. Easy communication, the owner lives in the second house on the huge ground. We (2 parents, 2 teenager) enjoyed it very much.

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing

Ian, Trish and our three kids spent our summer holiday here this year 2017. Set 400 metres off the road set in its own beautiful surroundings we knew as soon as we had arrived we had picked the right place. Laurent and Anne are so welcoming and helpful. As well as being in its own clearing looking out in all directions at the forest the property is clean and has a great pool. The kids loved looking out for wildlife. With the Loire river only a few km's away we did several kayak trips. The perfect location for chateaus and history being the centre of Joan of Arc territory, close to Orleans, Bois, Beaugency, Amboise (visit on Sunday for market) and Chamborg. We had something for everyone - chateaus, history, quiet, a pool, table tennis, Loire kayak and cycling with picnics. Weather wasn't as warm as usual for time of year but didn't matter as plenty keeping us busy. Only took us 4.5 hours from Calais, thank goodness for Sat Nav to get round Paris ring road!! Local roads very quiet and Hypermarket only 15 minutes away. Thanks Laurent and Anne for sharing your wonderful retreat with us.

Calme, grand confort et piscine

Nous sommes venus pour un week-end très occupé entre fête familiale à Orléans et Zoo de Beauval. Le gite est impeccable, confortable, vaste et bien agencé. Le calme est au rendez-vous pour se reposer au milieu de la verdure. La piscine est un bonheur pour se relaxer. Un très bon choix pour votre séjour dans la région. Une connexion internet bien appréciée par les ados.

Gîte très agréable et bien doté

Excellente localisation pour profiter de la Sologne ou/et du val de Loire avec ses chateaux et vignes. Le gîte est une ancienne bergerie/grange superbement aménagée et situé en plein milieu de la nature. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Idéal pour une famille (ou deux petites familles) et aucun soucis avec des enfants en bas âge.

Zeer verzorgde en stijlvolle woning. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, meubilair en zwembad!.

Het huis bevindt zich tegenover het huis van de eigenaars. Het is een recent ( 2 jaar geleden) verbouwde schapenstal met 3 ruime slaapkamers met alle comfort en mooi meubilair. De keuken is voorzien van vele toestellen die perfect onderhouden zijn en verder is er veel kookgerei aanwezig voor wie uitgebreid wil koken. Tot slot is er een extra berging met een 2de frigo en diepvries, wasmachine en strandstoelen + parasol. Dé troef is echter de ligging ( zeer mooie en rustige omgeving, toch dicht bij vele toeristische trekpleisters in de buurt) en het zwembad!! Het zwembad is zeer mooi geleden in het veld. Onze kindjes hebben er dagelijks in gezwommen en geraakten het niet beu op 2 weken tijd. Met een lengte van 12 à 13 meter is het zelfs lang genoeg om baantjes te trekken! We zijn enkele keren gaan fietsen langs de Loire ( We vertrokken met de kids wel niet aan het huis maar namen eerst de auto) en bezochten verschillende kastelen en tuinen in de buurt (top tip met kinderen is het kasteel van La Ferté-Saint-Aubin). De stad Orléans bezochten we niet maar ligt op een boogscheut. Enkele mooie kastelen zijn echt heel dicht bij, net als enkele tuinen en een basiliek. Het heel bekende Chambord was ongeveer 40 minuten rijden. De eigenaars zijn zéér vriendelijke mensen en zeer behulpzaam. Ze deden er alles aan om het naar onze zin te maken. Dit huis is een absolute aanrader!! Nadeeltje: in de tijd dat wij er waren ( augustus) waren er veel dazen rond het domein.

Une semaine idéale pour poser ses valises.

Une semaine de vacances idéales en Famille avec 3 enfants. Tous le monde y a trouvé son compte... Environnement très calme et facile d accès pour trouver les commerces de premières nécessités. Belles prestations au niveau du gîtes, ancienne bergerie réhabilité avec tout confort. Literie confortable, cuisine très fonctionnelle ouverte sur un espace de vie important, le tout décoré avec goût. Belle piscine avec de grandes marches donnant différents niveaux, laissant pieds pour les jeunes enfants. Lieu également idyllique pour les amoureux et passionnés de nature. Possibilité d observer dans des miradors toutes espèces de gibiers. Rendez vous Garanti, les enfants en ont pris plein les yeux!!!! Nombreuses activités a proximité avec la richesse culturelle et naturelle de la région. Le tout couronné de propriétaires forts sympathiques qui sont très disponibles et accessibles pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Bref, vous l'aurez compris : un endroit que nous recommandons sans aucun problème. Merci Famille Bunel
