Between easy beach access, a fantastic location, and resort perks like shared heated pools and a hot tub, this condo is the perfect home base for your next Gulf getaway! You'll be moments from all the sights in Panama City Beach, with soft sands practically right outside your door.

Located at a majestic beach resort on Front Beach Road, this condo is a quick drive from downtown for restaurants and family-friendly attractions like Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. You'll also be minutes from Gulf World and the Pier Park Mall.

Sugar-white sands and gentle waves await at the beach, only a few steps from the building. After a dip in the pool or the hot tub, enjoy the oceanfront view from your condo's balcony. Share the scenery with the free WiFi or unwind with cable on the bedroom's TV. At dinnertime, the kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals.

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 23.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great View & Amenities

Love staying at the Majestic — been here repeatedly and the views and amenities offered can’t be beat. The unit is nice, needs some updating and a deep clean but the couch and dining area were great for our group to hang out and relax during our trip.

Communication is bad when we arrive one of the bathroom have a problem we were told someone will come and fix it We kept waiting and called few time they kept telling us they coming till 10 o’clock at night I called they told me it is too late now for someone to come we wasted the whole evening waiting

Know before you go

Im no complainer, nor did i have time to stay and wait on someone, but just know you cannot take 2 showers at once...hot water will not last....the dryer does not dry the clothes at all.it says there are grills on property but never found them... 1 window wont lock...sliding glass door wouldnt lock..Other than that we had a great time..It just would have been nice to know before i came.

Majestic beach resort

The view from 2307 was stunning ! Condo was very clean . Our only issues were the weather dip down really low and the door had freezing wind coming in all around top to bottom we stuffed towels in to stop the cold howling wind . And the master could use some black out curtains from the light outside . Otherwise everything was great .

Needs to be updated

It was ok clean, it really needs to have a update of the place. It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs or more out on the balcony, the chairs to the tables loose and was afraid that they were going to break. There was a dead uh or something on the ceiling in the master bedroom, and the carpet looked really dirty and old.

Amazing View!

This unit has the most amazing view of the Gulf Coast! While we are not picky and the unit suited our needs, there were just a couple things we found to fall short. There was only 5 forks in the kitchen. We are a family of 5 so we were having to wash them after every meal that we ate in. The ac is pretty loud. I think it needs to be serviced. Make sure you stock up on EVERYTHING when coming here as I assume the management company throws anything out that is left. There were no extra trash bags or paper towels. Overall we were happy with our stay. No major issues or incoveniences.

Easy Fix

The location and cleanliness of the condo was great other than a few moldy spots in the master bedroom and crushed bug on the wall that hung out our entire stay cause it was too high. There was no access to wifi and communication with the owner or "contact person" was nonexistent. The remote to watch tv during our downtime was extremely frustrating to work with I guess cause of low battery. There was a cigarette smoke smell in the master bath. The upgraded sectional was a great surprise it had my mom and I searching for it online for our personal home. All the inconveniences in this condo were minor and could be easily fixed but overall it was a great stay!

The good & the bad

The view was amazing.The pool/hot tubs excellent. The power of the showers and hot water was great! If there’s more than 4 occupants, there’s not enough coffee cups. The primary bedroom mattress needs replacing. Very uncomfortable (includes main room sofa).The vent hole in the ceiling in the primary bath needs the cover replaced. The fan light in the main room did not work. It took me 2 days to get access to the garage. After speaking to several VACASA employees and them sending the wrong link(said they’d call back& didn’t one hung up on me) the woman in the MJB office helped me out which isn’t their policy. Thank heavens for her. Spoke with a guy who showed up to replace the air filter, informed him that both toilets ran and the spare room window did not lock(security kept after us about this). He said he’d report it. No one showed up or called. I guess if you were a short stay it would be fine but given any longer than 1 week I’d think twice. Condo needs TLC

Needs appliance update and xtra sofa or love seat to sit on. Few fixtures need repaired. Towel rack in master bath was down .Curtain rod in master bedroom was down and outside light is too bright at night. Cable in master bedroom only had 4 chanels to watch. Maintenance did come by but told washer and dryer needed replaced and would talk with manager but had no one do it. He said he had to go to Home Depot’s to get curtain rods. He was nice. Air in bedroom was not working well but they had a floor fan in the cluttered closet. I don’t always complain but we paid a lot for this and thought I would be in shape. No ice maker. Bulb need replaced in freezer and stove top. Dish washer doesn’t clean well. The view was spectacular and the decor in condo is nice. The worst was having to wring out my clothes and put outside to drip dry . The property I booked with did send manager messages, but no reply. They don’t take time to look before they rent out. Too busy making money. Love the majestic condos and lot to do at that place. Just different condo apartment

Nice property, would not stay in this condo again

We emailed at checkin about broken items and never heard back. Nothing we notified them on changed our stay at that time but we didn’t want to be held responsible. Shades were broken, towel rack ripped off, water stains on ceiling, etc. However, the next day we had to call maintenance because the refrigerator sounded like a rocket ship about to take off. We were told we were in a queue for maintenance but no one ever showed up. We could ruin everything or deal with the noise, which we did. After that, we realized that the washer was broken (water wouldn’t drain). Emailed the additional complaint to maintenance, which no one ever responded to. We would wash out clothes, ring them out over the washer and then have to dry them multiple times. The beds are wrapped with a very loud plastic bed covers. If you or your partner move at all at night be prepared to be woken up from that. Since there were no curtains, the light from the hallways shined in the master bedroom all night. The blinds in the secondary bedroom were also broken and had to be closed by hand. I did enjoy the property and would stay there again, just a different condo.

AT THE TOP - Can't beat the view - May need some updates

Hi - The condo was beautifully decorated, no complaints with the View nor the water pressure in both bathrooms. There are areas I feel would be beneficial for future guests. I would suggest replacing the door lock - the code would error out on digit # 3 and show "red" and it took almost 10 minutes to get assistance with getting in the condo. We ended up having to use the key from the lockbox as the person we spoke with could not reset the passcode. Also, for addtional safety measures, it would be a nice add for a chain lock inside. We struggled with proper use of the TVs. The TV in the living room, when would lose sound when attempting to change channels, and the guide was crossed over. Also, there were no remotes nor signal in the bedrooms, so the 9 year old was quite upset to not have TV time while going to sleep. It would also be a nice add to include that guests might need to bring a Chromecast and/or other device to use the TV. Luckily we had one....A simple document in the condo in regards to the remotes and TV "how to", "what remote belongs" with which TV, would also be helpful. The heating element on the dryer may need to be serviced. We ran two very small loads and it took 3 to 4 rounds of drying USING the Very Dry option for each load. There was coffee still in the pot, and filter and the silverware was dirty - other than than, the condo was clean when we arrived. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was uncomfortable. The Master bed was great as well as the couch.

Do not stay here if you plan to use the sleeper sofa!

I'm not even sure where to begin on this place. When we got all checked in (on Saturday)we put our groceries up and went to play at the beach till dark. When we got back we found that all our food in the refrigerator and freezer was spoiled. :/ We called Vacasa immediately, was told someone would be by to look at it ASAP. I called again Sunday morning(same response) and again Sunday evening for them to tell me the people who can come aren't even available until Monday. They gave us $100(there was 4 of us) to go out to eat that night for the inconvenience. Sure it was a nice gesture, but to be fair I had been lied to 3 times at this point(and the lies wasn't over) We stayed close by all day Monday for when someone came by we could be there. Tuesday I called and the lady informed me that someone couldn't come until Wednesday between 10a.m. and 2p.m. So, we wasted days(in my opinion) waiting for someone to show up to fix the refrigerator. The refrigerator did get fixed on Wednesday(we checked out Thursday) They did give us some of our money back on the food that we had receipts on. We had to go buy coolers and ice daily which I think was completely unfair! The garbage disposal was so clogged there was shrimp tails coming up out of the drain when we ran the dishwasher. If you plan to use to sleeper sofa, you're going to be in for a treat! The frame is broken and warped! We was gonna have a movie night and went to get it out and it definitely didn't work out! I wish I could put pictures because I know this review will never do it justice! The showers have some major water pressure behind them and I think the curtains needs to be longer. They blow in on you while trying to shower. The best thing about this place is the view.

2nd time here

This is the 2nd year in a row for us to stay in Tower 2, 2307. First off, the positives are an amazing location and balcony views. The parking garage has a convenient unloading area, and easy access to elevators. The access to beach is so easy to get to, and the pool areas are great too! The disappointing part was, the condo was straightened up, but it’s getting dingy and dirty looking, much worse since the year that we visited last. The whole condo needs a new coat of paint. There are broken wall hangings and lamps. The chairs at the kitchen table are sketchy. There’s not enough seating in the living room. Our sheets were covered in someone else’s hair. The baseboards in our bedroom looked as if there had been water damage at one time, and there were small areas of mold growing on the carpet. As someone who is highly allergic to mold, I could smell it as soon as we arrived. Found blackish type mold in the water heater closet. As much as I love this place and it’s wonderful convenience, I don’t think I will stay in this condo again.

Could use a deep clenaing

Elevators were beyond horrible. We wasted probably half of our time going up and down in hot weather without air. The rooms ac was awful. Could not turn it down any. We had to go buy fans. I also bought cleaner and cleaned on my vacation for my family. As expensive as the room was we were highly disappointed.
