Bay View Villas 101 es un condominio en el primer piso, con tres dormitorios y dos baños, con una hermosa vista de la bahía, justo sobre las dunas protegidas. Relájese y tome el sol en la piscina de la comunidad mientras respira la brisa fresca del océano. A los huéspedes les encantará el mobiliario de buen gusto y la decoración de este condominio.

La sala de estar lo recibirá con su abundante luz natural que entra por el ventanal y la puerta corredera que conduce al balcón amueblado. Relájese en la cómoda sala de estar que ofrece muchos asientos, incluyendo un sofá cama y un televisor de pantalla plana grande. Disfrute de una agradable cena en la mesa del comedor con capacidad para hasta 6 personas o acomódese en el bar para tomar un desayuno rápido antes de ir a la playa. La cocina está totalmente equipada y ofrece todos los lujos del hogar.

Fuera de la sala de estar, encontrará el dormitorio principal con cama King, acceso directo al balcón, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama King y un gran televisor de pantalla plana. El tercer dormitorio está amueblado con una cama doble, además de literas individuales y TV. Un segundo baño completo se encuentra en el pasillo. Este condominio también ofrece una lavadora y secadora en el apartamento.

Internet inalámbrico está disponible. Apto para discapacitados (ascensor, no cumple con ADA). Esta unidad incluye 2 espacios de estacionamiento reservados. No se permiten mascotas. Bay View Villas es una comunidad libre de humo. No se permite fumar dentro del condominio o en cualquier lugar de la propiedad, incluido el balcón del condominio.

The condo was exactly as described! One of the best perks was having 2 king sized beds. Most 3 bedrooms only have one king and a full/queen so this was def a nice perk! Felt like we had 2 masters. The condo was also literally steps away from the beach! Loved everything about our stay!

Everything was just like in the pictures. The master bedroom surprise me. It was very spacious. The two other bedrooms was great also. The kitchen and bathrooms was spotless. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for making it feel like home away from homeOur stay was more about beach didn’t take any photos.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The property has multiple pools, which was an awesome feature. The rental company provided easy instructions to access property.

Excellent location for our family vacation

Overall great experience for our family of 6 adults. The location was perfect for our first visit to Tybee. I chose it for the pickleball court access. We could not play on it, however due to the plastic overlay used for the court surface. The ball skidded on every shot. Also Be sure to bring beach towels and trash bags as they are not available in the unit. The unit was otherwise great in a super location!

A Dated Beach Condo

This is a no-frills property at a no-frills beach and racquet club. It does not sleep 8 because the top bunk bed is unsafe — the mattress is flush with the guardrail. The upper bunk is needlessly low and the person on the bottom bunk can’t sit up. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and dishes. The pool was cold but the kids didn’t mind. The primary suite was spacious. The parking lot lights shine in the main bedroom all night — blackout curtains would be an easy fix. If you want a really laid back beach property with no views, and you don’t mind bringing everything with you (including beach towels and coffee), and you don’t mind if it’s dated/worn down, this is the spot for you.

Beach great, condo not so much

The beach location of this condo and beach is perfect if you want less crowds pleasant surroundings and nature. This condo though is not desirable. It was just my husband and I, our dtr and 2 kids had to cancel. The bedrooms are roomy but the main living area does not support seating of more than 5 comfortably. The furniture is dirty, not supportive or comfortable. The kitchen stove electrical heating burners are all broken and can’t support a pot to sit on it flat. No spices, sharp knives or storage containers available. You can hear every footstep from the unit above. All we heard was children running back and forth all week long. Also better by breakfast food not a single restaurant that serves breakfast near by.

Blakey Family Weekend Getaway

We cannot begin to tell you how immaculate the Tybee Island Condo was. Check-in was quick, and the room was ready 4 us upon the arrival. The 3 bedroom unit was perfect 4 our family of 5. We were celebrating our mother's 90th birthday party. She didn't want anymore cake and ice cream, instead she wanted a vacation. She was overwhelmed @ the cleanliness of the unit. In short, it exceeded our expectations. Consequently, the beds were comfortable too. This may become an annual event 4 us to create memories for mom. We will definitely do a bounce back trip. For those reading this, U have to experience this resort to capture the beauty of Tybee. Then there is the southern cuisine of Savannah. Oh my goodness!!!

This condo is very nice! Very clean.. very roomy.. Decor is nice, beds are comfortable,2 balconies, parking is close to unit. Beach is beautiful, and tons of dolphins in ocean! Property has every thing you need...kitchen has lots of high end appliances.. even a blender and good knives. Check out was simple.. management went above and beyond to .. customer service is spot on .. they even fedexed the alexa that i left to my house for me! Highly reccommend this property

Beach with daily Dolphin sightings!

Property was clean, spacious and close walk to pool and beach. The dolphin, crabs and (even a small shark) was caught next to us by a young boy, made for a very memorable vacation. This was our first visit to Tybee, while we loved where we stayed, our beach experience and the visit to the Crab House (A Must Visit) just note, the Island is not the same as Hilton Head or Charleston, It’s a bit run down (In my opinion). I’m glad we stayed on this side of the island. The other side is much more of a party seen, not in a good way. The place itself was great and gated. We would stay here again.

Had an amazing time during our stay in Tybee!

The entire process from booking online, confirming, checking in and checking out went great. When we arrived on the island we were given many wonderful recommendations on things to do, places to visits and restaurants to eat at. We were even informed by the rental agency once the islands beaches were closed due to Covid-19 and given the option to leave with a refund of the nights we had not used, which we chose to do and received our refund that day. We can’t wait for life to get back to normal again and to come back for another visit.

First stay at Tybee Island

First family vacation at Tybee was very nice. We liked the north end and calm setting. I do wish the condo had a vacuum cleaner. Only a broom to clean with. Also, the tv in the room with twin beds kept losing internet and this was major because the only thing you could watch was Netflix. Other than those 2 things, the condo was well decorated and had the beach feel. Felt very secure with the gates and entrance. The kitchen was well stocked and pool toys were available to use. Easy access to the beach. Nice to have the box fans to use as well. Will definitely be back!
