Hermosa unidad frontal del Golfo con todas las comodidades que puedas desear. Este complejo está en uno de los más buscados en Perdido Key y cuando llegues allí verás por qué. Es perfecto para familias y para aquellos que quieren entretenerse en el Florabama. La Unidad # 505 está en el 5to piso. Una vez que te quedas en esta unidad, nada más servirá ... Las vistas del extremo este son para morirse. Puede acostarse en la cama de su suite principal y mirar el amanecer. La unidad está lujosamente decorada (las fotos no pueden hacer justicia a este lugar, DEBE VER). Con 3 dormitorios grandes, cada uno con baño privado, toda la familia se echará a perder en este viaje. Hay un bar con fregadero junto a la sala de estar y la cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar una excelente comida con la familia y amplios asientos. Los asientos de la mesa de comedor 6 y los taburetes en el bar brindan asientos adicionales. La lavandería independiente tiene una lavadora y secadora grandes. Master tiene una cama King, televisor de pantalla plana, suite privada con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada, y vista frontal del golfo con acceso al balcón. 2 º dormitorio tiene una cama queen, TV y baño privado completo. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, TV / DVD y baño semiprivado que se comparte con la sala de estar. Hay 2 cunas para niños, así que aunque anunciamos que este condominio tiene capacidad para 6 personas, si desea poner a los niños en las cunas, podría acomodar 8.

Great location!!

Spanish Key is a great place to stay for family vacation!! The beach is never crowded, and there are restaurants/bars within walking distance when you need a break from the beach!!

Great at Spanish Key

This is an attractive and convenient unit at Spanish Key with a great pool and a new boardwalk to the beach. The property managers were very responsive to any questions.

Such a beautiful condo, everyone loved being there.

My husband was hospitalized and Micki and I were sure whether or not to cancel but so glad we did not. She was able to take her adult children with her and they all were impressed with not just the condo but the view from the balcony.

505 Gets a 5

We had a great trip. Management was responsive to our needs. Place had all we needed to have a fun Spring Break. The weather was terrible the last two days but we still managed. Leaving Day was tough as the sun was rising and such a spectacular view from the master bedroom. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Beach

Our trip was very nice. The beach and water have never been more beautiful in all of our 20 years staying in the area. The condo itself is dated and could use an update. The housekeeping was also spotty. Overall we didn’t let the issues with the condo affect our trip and had a great time!

Beach & Fun!

My husband and I live about an hour away but had family friends visiting from the center of the country and they wanted to stay at the beach. This condo is conveniently located near boat rentals, restaurants, and Flora-Bama for live music and night life. The condo building is not so large that the beach was super crowded which was nice. We had a small electrical issue which was repaired in a timely manner. Something that just couldn't be helped. Everything else was as stated in listing. Property manager was super helpful. We will definitely stay again when opportunity presents itself!

Our stay at Spanish Key Unit 505 did not meet expectations based on the photos online. Upon arrival, the condo appeared in need of a thorough cleaning and general maintenance. We noticed visible dust and debris under furniture and curtains, and the floors left our toddler’s legs dirty after crawling.The furniture and rugs were very worn and stained, and several lamps and fixtures were either broken or missing parts. One smoke detector had exposed wiring, and the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and in poor condition. The ice maker was not working during our stay, and overall the unit felt dated and in need of care.The management team did respond when we raised our concerns, but the cleaning and condition of the unit remained below expectations for a family stay. This property would benefit greatly from a deep cleaning, updated furnishings, and routine maintenance. We hope this feedback helps future guests have a better experience.

Needs updating

We love Spanish Key. The unit was clean however updates were needed. The icemaker was off and had mildew on the walls that we had to clean before we used it. The front bedroom bedspread had a stain on it. The coffee pot was broken and leaked coffee all over the counter when we tried to use it and the living room furniture was old and full of sand. The outdoor furniture had a broken chair. I will go back to Spanish Key but will go to a different unit. Sorry for the harsh review. The property managers were great.

BIG disappointment

Upon entering the first thing we saw was the curtains hanging down in the living room. the master bedroom was the same. no ladder available to put them back on the runners. The food prep' knives were rusty, dirty and blunt. The pans were not fit to cook in. The old lounger on the tiny deck has a piece of dirty cloth on it that is supposed to be a cushion. The sofa in the living room should be thrown out. POSITIVES. a great location, super beach, fantastic fish available nearby.

Oh no! This is by far the worst review we have ever received. If there was any issue whatsoever during your stay, all you have to is call us and we will resolve it immediately. This is the first we have heard of these things, all easy fixes, and will get it issues resolved immediately. We just wish we would have been notified during your stay and had an opportunity to resolve then.

Not so clean!

I was not planning on leaving a review because management was great BUT I want others to be aware. The condo is nicely decorated but very dirty. The couch and chairs are highly in need of a good cleaning. They are visible dirty and stained. I actually put a sheet over the couch before sitting down. I understand that the rooms are rented week after week and will over time be "used" looking but the condition of this condo was due to poor house keeping. The cleaning company needs to do more than "wipe" over things. The bathroom shower looked as if it had never been cleaned, the dirt and sand on the base boards was an inch thick. The stove area was greasy, there was peanuts and food stuck to the inside bottom of the kitchen garbage can where no one has rinsed it out, there was sand in our sheets, the floor was full of sand, they left us 1 kitchen dish rag, no kitchen towels, no type of pot holders, 9 bath towels for a room that sleeps 8. Management did bring us more towels and kitchen towels asap and did offer to send someone to "re-clean" The problem with that was we were already in the rooms with our stuff out, and the room did not need a quick clean, it needed a deep clean. Management like I said was great and has offered to refund my cleaning fee but I hope they will address how the room is being cleaned for future vacationers.
