Welcome to the Emerald Coast! Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor unit features tile floors throughout, memory foam pillow top mattresses, custom linens and almost 1700 sq. ft. of living space. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar, and a pantry. Spacious dining, wet bar, large living room with all new furnishings including custom sectional with pull out bed. 65 inch flat screen smart TV and amazing gulf views. Large master bedroom with Smart TV, king size bed, designer bedding and gorgeous gulf front views with sliding doors opening to large balcony. Master bath with his and hers vanities, large walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate tile shower. Guest bedroom number one features a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, and access to full hall bath. Bedroom number 3 (second master) features a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, private bath and walk in closet. Palacio Resort amenities include a lagoon style pool, a heated lap pool, hot tub, multiple tennis courts and fitness center. This ideal location is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Johnson's National Seashore is a gorgeous state park with gulf and bay access, virtually untouched and completely protected. Palacio is only minutes from family activities such as miniature golf, arcades, go cart tracks, charter fishing and world class golf. Please note that we have a very strict maximum occupancy and age limit policy. Please note that if you exceed the maximum occupancy limit, or do not meet the minimum age restriction, you will for asked to vacate the property immediately and will not be issued a refund. Lovely updated condo! So many things to like about this unit - nice, comfortable furniture, big balcony with beach and pool view - it easily sat all six of us. Well appointed kitchen, easy access to the beach and pool. And SO clean! All three bedrooms had a king bed along with three bathrooms which worked well for our group. Owner responded immediately to our questions. Great stay.

Perfect Condo Choice!

This condo - beautiful decor, more supplies than you will ever need (very thoughtful owner!). Not only is it second floor convenient but the place was super clean, well stocked (I know I said that but really - very impressive!), the beds were incredibly comfortable and the deck furniture and view were perfection.Suzie was a dream to work with - prompt and hands-on and excellent at follow up!

Paradise at Palacio

The condo exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. First, the furnishings are top-notch, and the kitchen is more than fully stocked with everything we needed or wanted. All we had to do was bring the food. The beds and linens were fantastic, and the bathroom towels were so plush that we wanted to take them home with us (we didn't). The owner, Suzie, was a joy to work with.

I live in Mississippi and purchased this unit at Palacio in March of 2015. Definitely a "bucket list item" to one day own a condo after decades of visiting the Perdido Key area multiple times per year. I finally took the plunge and decided to completely remodel and refurnish the unit turning into what we consider our "dream vacation destination"!
We have sincerely put our heart and soul into this remodeling this unit and hope that it becomes your "perfect" gulf front property for family vacations for years to come as we know it will be for us.

Why they chose this property

Palacio is in the heart of Perdido Key, we absolutely love the white sand beaches, the emerald colors of the gulf and the serenity of this particular location. While Perdido Key offers all the first class restaurants and shopping of other nearby resort locations, it is also not quite as busy as some which appealed to us personally. You are close to world class golfing, fishing and minutes from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola Forida!

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite features is the units proximity to the beach, the walk to the waterfront is literally about 100 yards, perfect when carrying all the kids gear to set up for your day! Avoid the half a mile hike to the water! Beach Service is provided by the owner but you may want to call ahead of your arrival to reserve the location of your chairs.
