NUEVA CASA DE PLAYA

Casa de playa recién comprada. Unidad de arriba, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, techos abovedados en toda la casa. A solo unos pasos de la playa y la bahía, y muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Dos espacios de estacionamiento en garaje tándem. Suite principal muy grande con baño principal grande.
El maestro tiene una cama tamaño king, el dormitorio 2 tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio 3 tiene literas completas. Saque el sofá de la reina en la sala de estar. Soplar colchones disponibles bajo petición. Juguetes de playa, sillas de playa y tablas de surf y tablas de surf incluidas.

Beautiful house in great location

We had the top floor. The house is beautiful, bright, & well decorated. Great location…short walk to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants & short drive to the grocery store. Check in was easy & garage parking was tight but doable. Would totally stay there again!

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a comfortable experience. The price was very fair for the area, and the unit was clean and well-kept. That said, I want to highlight a few things that future renters should be aware of.First, I missed that this is an upstairs unit, so if stairs are an issue, it’s something to keep in mind. Also, it’s very important to accurately indicate how many people will be staying at the property when booking.Lastly, this is not the kind of place you’ll want to use for any sort of gathering or to invite guests over, even if they aren’t spending the night. I received a message from the property manager warning that any extra people at the home could violate a city ordinance and would be reported. So while it’s great for a quiet stay, it’s definitely not ideal if you’re hoping to host friends or use it as a hangout spot.Just want to help others book with clear expectations. Thanks again for the stay!

Weekend wedding

Stayed the weekend with friends for a wedding! Very clean, great walkable location, abundance of blankets and pillows, and easiest check out process I’ve ever had. Would recommend.

Great getaway

This how was amazing. Plenty of room for 8 people. Pull out couch was comfortable the bunkbeds the kids loved. The other two rooms were very nice and had plenty of room. There was more than enough kitchen supplies. The property manager was very nice and replied back quickly even before we checked in to any questions that I had. It is close to the beach came with all the stuff you need for the beach as well chairs sand toys and boogie boards. Thought parking wasn’t going to be the best but I had a suv and there was a truck in the other spot and still had a decent amount of room. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay.

Holiday in Newport

Great Location & well stocked home. Beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a nice short walk to the pier. Excellent communication with host. She was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Convenient location

Very close to ocean but not too close to be in the partying mix. We walked to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery store, 10+ blocks or so but beautiful neighborhoods and safe. The house is darling and very clean.

Light & Bright

This house is light, bright and beautifully appointed. Love the soaring ceilings and skylights. The beds are comfortable. There is a small deck off the living room and another off the master bedroom. The beach, boardwalk and restaurants are all within walking distance. We rented bikes on 20th street. Highly recommend!

The perfect beach getaway!

I stayed here with 5 girlfriends over the weekend and the property was perfect - such a cute and nice location that is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. This is the upper unit of a duplex but it felt very private from the tenants below us. The place was beautiful and spotless and had everything we needed to make meals together and have a great time - the only thing that was missing was filtered water, so make sure to bring your own! Thanks for a great stay, Wendy :)

Beautiful home in a great location

This lovely 3-bedroom house was perfect for our family beach getaway. The home is just a short walk to the beach and was well stocked, very clean, with comfortable beds. There's plenty of room to relax and eat together after a fun day at the beach.

Great space and location in Newport Beach

This is an updated 2nd story space with many beach amenities, fun beach decor, super comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The owner was very responsive. Because it is a beach town, parking is a bit challenging but "doable". The allotted 2 garage spots work with good communication with the 1st floor renters who get the other side of the garage.
