House full of charm in peace, 4 rooms, big terrace full south, Jacuzzi

Four bedrooms, three with fitted wardrobes and a room with a small balcony.
A beautiful kitchen fully equipped (kitchen Schmidt).
A comfort lounge with fireplace insert (NB: the TV is "small"), two large sofas.
A bathroom (upstairs) with hip bath and a shower room (in the basement) with two toilets (one upstairs, one in the basement).
A cellar-laundry (with very very many appliances): washing machine, dryer, ironing board, hair dryer, pancake maker, raclette, blender-cooker, etc.
A large sunny terrace, facing south, new, 60m2 exotic wood (several tables / chairs / chairs / umbrellas), with its garden furniture.
An outdoor Jacuzzi of 5-6 seats, model Hamilton "upscale" [226x226x91]: more than 40 massage jets, waterfall, underwater spots, 1500 liters, 2 massage pumps, ...
An outdoor sitting area but sheltered (like a covered terrace): couch / chair / table (= Moroccan lounge).

In summary: the charm and functionality! My house is comfortable and really has a soul.
NB: The linen is optional (fee: 19 euros / person). I also offer a package "cleaning departure" for tenants wishing for 90 euros. I propose, you have. Firewood (as well as consumables (soaps, dishwashing liquid, etc.) are not supplied but may be.
The lease is final only once the lease (including the annex on the rules of procedure) signed by both parties and the deposit received.
