This house is just a few steps to the ocean. There are so many beds in the bunk room. The only downside for us is that not every bedroom has a tv in it.

This home is a great size with excellent views of gulf. The host was very responsive to all questions and the beach was just steps away. The home needs a little TLC but for our purposes we all had a great time. I would stay here again.

The pictures had to have been taken when the property was first built. Soon as we walked in cabinets were off the hedges. Bathroom was dirty, sheets were dirty? No bath towels were left. They covered mold and holes with paint. My family were scared they would fall through the floor inside the kitchen and outside on the deck it was so many dry rotted spots in the boards. Was expecting way more for nearly 3 thousand dollars.

Nice home! Plenty of rooms and beds. Location is awesome, right on beach. Managers were quick to respond when we reached out. Near Galveston and all food and shopping.

Location was great. Management was easy to communicate with. I'm not one to complain but the website photos are not accurate. It's a beach house I get it...BUT...there's some major work that needs to be done. Cabinet doors falling off. Kitchen drawers that don't work right. AC for large bunk room where our kids stayed didn't work. We rented a spot cooler to make it comfortable. A few spots where the floors rotted and sags. Needs to be fixed. Bunk beds are sketchy at best. None of the TVs worked BUT we didn't go to the beach to watch TV. Our entire family had a blast but as a paying customer I feel like we spent a lot of money and the place was not worth what we paid. Location to the beach !

Awesome beach front location in Jamaica Beach. Lots of space for the whole extended family. Super easy check in and out and very responsive host. House is staring to show a little wear and tear but nothing that affected our stay. Kitchen could use a few newer pots and pans but again we got by fine with what was there. This was our second stay and would recommend to others.

We had a great time. Sat on the porch every morning and evening watching the waves. Great view of the ocean. Stones throw away from the beach. I have to say the Maintenence man Bobby was extremely helpful in getting things fixed. Very prompt and extremely courteous. Thanks Bobby.

Cleaning team wasn’t finished by check-in. Pool is not an amenity—you must pay per person for each use. Property is not maintained well for the price. The paint is peeling, rotting floor in the house, rotten deck that someone is going to fall through, kitchen cabinets and drawer falling apart, doors that don’t work properly, trashed out water hose downstairs, nasty couch pillows, pilled and scratchy sheets, scratchy towels and clothes dryer not working. Kitchen is very poorly equipped—a house that accommodates that many guests should have more than tiny saucepans, decent can opener, pot that goes inside crockpot is missing, no big mixing or serving bowls, and too much more to list.The house is beachfront with nice view and a path. Cars allowed on that short stretch of beach, so it does get very crowded and lots of vehicle traffic.I do not recommend this house at all. It’s a POS for the money. Photos on VRBO must be very old or AI enhanced!!

Great place to stay with friends and family. Upon arrival, the floors were pretty sandy throughout the house, but it is right on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, minus pans. The host responded in a timely manner when we had any questions. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.
