Apartment equipped with all comforts, open onto a large balcony that can be completely closed by bay windows whose views are breathtaking of Rosas Bay, the city and the port.
Apartment size 90m2 + Balcony area 28m2 The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its small enclosed garden of 60m2, part of which is a shaded terrace with garden furniture table and chairs
 The apartment is part of a residence of 6 apartments and has its 28m2 closed garage with water and electricity inside. The garage is located at the foot of the building.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160X200; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90X190 which can be joined as 1 double bed of 180X190; 1 sofa bed in the living room. Pillows are rectangular, blankets and duvets for each bed
 The place is quiet, respect for the neighborhood and courtesy with the neighborhood
- Household linen not provided
-Final cleaning not included.
-Pets allowed, with supplement 20 €
- Rentals from Saturday to Saturday in summer
- The tenants' arrival is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- The departure must be made before 11am
-Apartments are not supplied with household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.)

L’appartement avec espace extérieur était confortable avec globalement tout ce qu’il faut. La vue est grandiose ! Il a correspondu à notre attente pour de grandes balades tout autour. Le temps était clement même en octobre.

Apartamento estupendo, y bien equipado

Apartamento agradable, amplio. luminoso y bien equipado en la falda de la montaña, con buena vista sobre la bahia. Es necesario disponer de coche para moverse. La interlocucion in situ es con una agencia en la que no hablan español, que se limitaron a darnos las llaves y ni siquiera disponiamos de la direccion completa, y localizamos el apartamento por las fotos y con la ayuda de un vecino frances amable. La salida follonera porque pretendian que dejaramo el apartsmento entre las 8 y las 9.30 de la mañana, justificando razones de organizacion de la empresa de limpieza,cuando en el acuerdo con Vrbo figura las 11.00 horas. Por lo demas, el apartamento estupendo.

Magnifique vue sur la baie de Roses, les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. L'appartement très confortable et spacieux. Merci à Mr et Mme Marty pour leur agréable accueil lors de notre arrivée.

Komfortables Appartment

Das Appartment ist super. Sehr groß, gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht. Toll war auch die Terrasse, auf der wir oft gegessen haben. Außerdem hatten wir eine eigene Garage, was super war bei den Parkplatzproblemen. Bei der Beschreibung müsste deutlicher gemacht werden, dass die Endreinigung nicht im Preis enthalten ist, und dass keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sind. Sonst alles gut.
