Beautiful Spacious and Secluded home with 5* rating, sleeps 12+ LINENS included, new refrigerator 2022, new HW floors in LR and MBR, and new 65" TV and stand in LR 2022.
Near Golfing, desireable East Dennis beaches, 5 min drive to Corporation Beach and 10 minutes walk to Scargo Lake , Tower and Princess Beach.

PLEASE respect our home and other guests who are SEVERELY allergic to animals: NO PETS PLEASE. Unfortunately, we have encountered a couple of dishonest guests.

Great for one large family or multiple families looking for a group beach getaway or family reunion. Also those looking to stay for weddings at the Dennis Inn. Has OUTDOOR shower, CENTRAL A/C and great private outdoor space. Has 5 bedrooms and 4 FULL baths. One king bed, 2 Queens, two twins, one full, plus one Queen, plus new twin bedroom.Close to Corporation, Howes Street beach, Cold Storage beach and Sesuit Harbor. Also 2min walk to GRUMPY'S famous breakfast and lunch cafe', 5 min walk to Lost Dog Pub, new Smuggler’s Ice Cream parlor, 5 miles to Rail Trail for biking. Tennis, and Golf Course nearby. Gorgeous morning walks to Sesuit Harbor Cafe-THE early morning scene.

This house was great! Perfect for spreading out with a large group. Loved the extra room off the dining room- used it as a playroom so the living room was toy free. Nice secluded peaceful back yard. Well appointed kitchen. Thank you for having us!

Good location

House is a bit dated but very spacious and the located was wonderful! We loved being close to beaches and downtown and had a lot of fun exploring the area. House is good for a large family gathering and could probably hold more with air mattresses if permitted by the hosts!

Loved this place. Spacious, well stocked, not far from beaches. Property manager a pleasure to deal with. Worked very well for my husband and I, my adult children, and my grandchildren.

Great house in a great location!

I stayed there with my extended family and we had a great experience. The house was as advertised and the location was perfect (close to Bayside beaches). The kitchen was modern and we cooked dinner almost every night. Linens and towels are provided and are good quality. Plenty of parking. 5 stars!

Great location, very comfortable and roomy for our family of 10

We had a fantastic stay. The location couldn't be better located very close to town beaches. The property manager was very attentive and available whenever we had any questions. The house had a very nice layout that gave our family plenty of room to have our own space. 4 bathrooms were a huge plus to property as well. We would definitely stay again if we were to return to Cape Cod.

I am familiar with the Cape and this house and property did not disappoint. I have family at Corporation Beach so it was great to visit and go to the beach. Nice large dining room table so we had them over for dinner one night.

The house was lovely. It was clean and well stocked(towels, sheets, blankets). Plenty of pots/pans, ovens,refrigerator and outside grill. We have been there 3 years in a row!!

Incredible Gem, Perfect for Multiple Families!

We had the absolute best experience at this stunning home in Dennis, MA! It was perfect for our multi-family getaway — beyond spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out so everyone had plenty of room to relax. The number of bathrooms was a game-changer, giving us exceptional privacy and comfort throughout our stay. Beautiful Cape Cod

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is in the perfect location to get to the fantastic family friendly beaches and anywhere else on the Cape. The house is family friendly and very comfortable. Our group of nine loved the spacious kitchen and dining area. We had a problem with not getting enough hot water, however, Jackie, the caretaker, called a plumber and the repair was made. We look forward to renting this house again.

Spacious, clean, well equipped home for a large group.

This home is very well suited for large groups. It is very clean, modern, good layout and has everything you need to prepare and serve meals to large groups inside or out. It is not the best location if you prefer to be able to walk or bike places as there are no shoulders on the roads and lots of blind curves.

Great family vacation

The house has lots of space and bathrooms. Nice large kitchen. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. I think the cleaning service could have done a little better job but bedrooms and bathrooms were clean which was the most important part. Love that linens are provided and several beach chairs. Short drive to a nice beach which was great. This is a nice property in a quiet location. Really enjoyed it!

Great place for a large family

Listing is very good. Plenty of space for those who want some quiet time. Two excellent TV's, WiFi, and cable. Loads of kitchen utensils and cooking pods and pans. Bedding very good with plenty of towels. For bath rooms with showers and a Jacuzzi in the master. Our family certainly enjoyed this spacious house. Caretaker very helpful.

Annual Cape Visit

We had a great time on the Cape. The weather did not cooperate and it rained quite a bit but we still made it to the beach every day. We were a family of grandparents, our two children and their spouses and 3 grandkids ages 6,3 a d 3 months. The house provided lots of space for all and room to get away even in the rain. Would highly recommend as a perfect setting for an extended family gathering

Fun on the Cape

This house was plenty large enough for our group of 11. It was very clean and well stocked with everything from beach towels to dishes and pots and pans. The dining room table was large enough for our whole group to eat together. The location was great. We were in the middle of the Cape. This made it convenient to explore Cape Cod and the area around it including Boston. We had an awesome time and loved the house. This was our first time to the area. There is so much to see and do. We would highly recommend a trip to Cape Cod and a stay in this wonderful house.

All the Comforts of Home

Our family of 10 (8 adults, 1 infant and 1 toddler) all fit comfortably in this lovely home. The "kids" and their families enjoyed having their own private suite of rooms upstairs. The lovely stairway was easy to navigate, even for our toddler. Bathrooms were spic and span, beds comfortable, and chef's kitchen was extremely well stocked. The private patio and shady backyard were perfect for outdoor dining and a play area for the little ones. Princess Beach up the road was perfect for our 2 little princesses. It was our home away from home for 2 enjoyable weeks. Central in location, easy for day trips to other parts of the Cape.
